HDK - Enjoy your new clothes. I was in a lovely little shop at the weekend which had some really pretty summer dresses, they were very unique in style, I didn't buy one but it was nice to think I could if I wanted and they would have my size.
Muneeymaker - fabulous, keep it up.
I am going to the gym today. The warm weather is making the gym and running a bit more of a struggle for me, I much prefer the cooler months for it and like running in a light rain. Cycling is OK as the speed helps to cool me down.
I am hoping to lose 2 or 3 lbs this week which will take me over my target for June, then hopefully a further 7lbs in July. If I reach my target for the end of July I will have 2.5 stones left to lose.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Morning, just to update I have lost weight!! I can't say how much exactly because my scales is so crap but somewhere around 6lbs.
I know it's only a small number but it's been so long since the scales has moved in the right direction haha :-)
I think I may invest in a better scales after pay day!!People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
Hi all,
Kayalana, well done on the weight loss.
I really need to build up the courage to put some batteries in the Wii. I've had a really lovely weekend but don't think it has done my waistline any good. 2 evenings out - meal and a few pints each night - though I ate better yesterday and stuck to soft (sugar-free) drinks.
Off to google Jiggle free July0 -

Well done on all the weight loss
Dolly that is fantastic going and can't imagine the reaction of the other parents will be, when they see you in your lycra if you lose 2.5 stone more!
I like the look of jiggle free July, I might swap onto that instead of my ad and squat challenges, I'll have a think.
Did lots of walking at school today (9000 steps) as purposefully walked from one end of the school to the other several times, as well as laps of the classroom etc. I've done another 2000 since so up to 11000
Ab challenge is a rest day and will do squats in a minute
No exercise today as I've done another 3 or 4 hours marking this evening but I have stuck to under 1300 calories
Just want to say a huge thank you to you all. I would have broken my good eating today, if it wasn't for popping on her and seeing all your successes and determination. I was about to make something naughty like pancakes or cakes but instead had two toffees after tea, and haven't had anything sinceLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Hi all,
Finally put batteries in the Wii to weigh myself...no change whatsoever after 2 weeks
I really need to start exercising more rather than relying on walking as my exercise.0 -
I weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 10 stone 4lbs! Phew! That's 47lbs I've lost in total in 16 months. 15lbs of that has been since March alongside weightlifting.
I'm taking up a new hobby now I don't feel so awkward and clumsy - aerial hoops, simply because it's something a little different but works upper body and core.Does the walker choose the path or the path the walker?
