I managed to loose 3st over the last year or so and was very pleased with myself.
I've just come back from holiday and I know I was pigging out most days I was there and I wasn't shy on the beers either. I felt like I'd put at least a stone on but when I actually weighed myself was surprised to find it was only 9lb so it's not quite as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I'm finding it hard to motivate myself again now that I've had a couple of weeks off. I need to set another target so I'll say 11st 7lb and significantly better tone to my body by Xmas. That'll get me back comfortably into my 32" jeans again! I'm currently able to shoehorn myself into them but that top button is begging to be undone!0 -
Wow aerial hoops sounds fun NatMast, I have little upper body strength but I like the sound of it!
I was chuffed after yesterday's good behaviour but feel shattered today. I think working 9 days straight and averaging 12 hours a day (teaching and marking) might have caught up with me. Today has been carbs, carbs and chocolate, so now I'm shattered and sluggish
I also missed my exercise class as just didn't feel I had the energy to go.
Tomorrow is a busy day at work, so I am going to try to resist the urge to do any marking, and try rest more when I get home. Also going to bed no later than 10pm today.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

I had a day off today, weighed and 1lb lost, then ran a mile in 10mins, then did a spinning class, spent all day clearing out my wardrobe of things that no longer fit and then went to the gym (whilst kids at music). Wearing my new fitting underwear and feeling good.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

I've been far too embarrassed to come on here recently and update everyone. It was my birthday last week so we went away and that combined with chocolate presents didn't do me any good at all.
I did carry on with the same amount of exercise though. Weighed myself the other day and I've put on again. Not going to worry tooooo much about that though since I can account for it all!
Have been good so far this week though and done exercise as well so will be interesting to see how I get on.0 -

Sew a loop of elastic nr the buttonhole and use it as a buttonhole instead, it will give the belly a bit of leeway lol0 -

Don't feel embarrassed, we all have things which come along and scupper our best intentions. Sometimes feeling ashamed about a bad week can lead to another week and before you know it all your hard work is undone.

It has been a goodish food day! I guess we all have them, where we keep on track most of the time, except for a short detour!
I have made my veg target - broad bean soup at lunch (5 veg there) and I made a mince tikka thing for tea (another 5 veg). But having dd off school again has severely curtailed my steps - I'll be lucky to make 5000. However, it's been another NSDand I have sewn 16 items :T.
