  • Tori K, I haven't started the challenge yet, starting on 1st June though not sure why I'm putting it off now (I wonder;) )

I've been good since yesterday morning. Only had sugar in 1 cup of tea as DH made it by accident so I HAD to drink it. I was under my calorie count on 'my fitness pal' and walked the dog, though I could have done more exercise as I missed another running club session. When I get home from work I just veg out

    I'd lost 2 lbs this morning :j

I've just had weetabix, s/s milk, banana & blueberries NO SUGAR...go me :T

I will try and do a run today then playing golf tonight.

I've been watching the JNL fusion workout thing on the shopping channel (yes I'm very sad) it looks great as it includes weights. Has anyone tried any of these CD things?

    Morning all,

A bit gutted as I've had to cancel my class this morning to wait in for a parcel to be delivered. I'm not even sure what the parcel is but have asked for free samples of gf food from a few companies recently so I think it must be from them.

I am wearing my pedometer today for the whole day for the first time. I wore it yesterday from 3pm and managed over 5000 steps, although I reckon it is out by about 10%. I'm going to aim for a minimum of 11000 steps a day but might start to up that when I'm back at work next week as I should be able to get plenty done at work.

Food wise today is a disaster already, I made gf cookies last night. However I am trying to compensate by not eating anything else apart from salad and chicken to even out the calories.

Could do with going for a really long walk with the dogs but if this parcel doesn't turn up then I am house bound :(

Hope you have a good day

    Afternoon all,

June first would have been a sensible time to start with there being 30 days..im just impatient my goal is to actually finish the 30 days...I do occasionally suffer from the attention span of a goldfish :D

work done for today..gotta love not having school runs back to the grindstone next week :(

Have talked DH into investing is some kettle bells for home as the only other class I can make at the gym is another spinning class on a Wednesday and I want to tone more than fat burn now.

    Food's been good
    Bfast fruit
Lunch stinky egg sandwich and fruit..everybody loved me :o
Tea Soup, yogurt & fruit and few sneaky slices of local cheese we picked up from the farmshop

    Circuit training for exercise.

A chillin' day to end the half term hols. Dh took the day off so we all had a very lazy start and finally left the house at about 11.30! Today's walking consists of pottering around the 100 Acre Wood, so nowt major.

AND food went to pot! We went to a playground after the wood, and then a coffee shop where I had a gf polenta cakey and dd had a gf cookie. Except she didn't like hers. So I ate that too.!

However, we all had a packed lunch, so I had my carrot soup with cauli and new tatoes, plus an apple and mixed nuts. All was going so well, till we hit the coffee shop...

Fmess, I'd be intersted to hear how many steps you get done at work. I find that even on a mad day, I rarely break the 7k barrier there. Even when on break duty and walking around outside. And this coming week is our internal exam week so I'm down for several 2 hour invigilation sessions, which excludes even the usual walking around and rare sitting down. Will have to make an extra special effort. :D

    Afternoon

I'm very excited, I've done over 15000 steps so far so even if it is 10% inaccurate, I'm over 13500 :)

Have tried to be good with the cookies, I haven't ate them all!

Hi guys, I'm back. Today is normally my weigh day but due to being away I will do it tomorrow although I'm not looking forward to it as this week I have had a latte, a couple of slices of cake and some other bits and bobs, plus I have only managed 3 runs but holidays are always a challenge for diet and exercise.

    Evening all

Had fajita chicken and veg with salad for dinner but have still ate way too many cookies today.

My pedometer reckons I've done 17644 steps today. I'm really please with this as even if it's 10% out, I did over 15000 :)

Tomorrow I'm aiming to go to the gym early before meeting friends for the day. Hoping to eat more normally, although will be out for lunch, but hopefully they've have a salad or jacket potato type option on the menu.

Looking forward to weighing in on Monday although doubt iv lost that next pound due to the cookies!
