    Hi Everyone,

No exercise today, just putting loads of stuff in a skip and feel pretty tired out already.
apple muncher - well done on the workout. I hate burpees sooooo much but still force myself to do them.

Fmess - Congrats on the weight loss and 3rd badge.
I just wear my normal pants. However, I find exercise trousers extremely unflattering anyway, whatever pants I'm wearing.

Had scrambled egg with 1 egg and beans for breakfast. Not sure about rest of day as need to do a food shop in between DIY etc.

Comfortable ones! There was a girl in front of me other week at lbt who was wearing very see through trousers and a thong. That's surely got to hurt!

I nearly spluttered my soup over the screen at this!:rotfl:

    Evening all,

    How are we all?

Had my 5 fruit and veg again and ate healthily pretty much all day (except a Mars ice cream I found in the freezer). Done the usual dog walk and a 45 minute exercise class so now up to 255/420 minutes.

Feeling knackered tonight but going to the gym again tomorrow morning, my friend is going too!

    Night all

The thought of this girl/lady has made me giggle all day! I had to go on the front row and kept my fingers crossed that everyone was working too hard to notice any knicker issues :rotfl:

    Afternoon all,

    How are you all?

Today is going ok. Went to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio and using the weight machines.

Breakfast was 2 slices of toast but went out for lunch after the gym and also had a pudding. Decided this'll be this week's meal off, otherwise I'll be guilt ridden and probably eat too much for the rest of the day.

Probably no dog walking today as there is no let up in the rain. However my pedometer just arrived :) so may do some walking around the house to get the count up. Wish it had come this morning so I could have worn it the gym, the supermarket and town.

Hope you've all had a good day

  • Hi can I join in? I need as much motivation as I can get.

I used to do WW but don't want to pay for it now. Due to a seriously stressful couple of years and early middle aged spread, I have put on 2 stone:(

I only want to lose 1.5 stone which will take me to 10 stone.

I run for 4-5 miles every week with a club but haven't been for 3 weeks :o
Apart from that I work in a shop 4 hrs a day and do cleaning jobs so at least I'm not still stuck behind a desk (another reason why I put weight on over past few years). I started a 'no sugar' diet today, just cutting out processed and added sugar, not fruit etc.

I would love to be doing exercise every day and have read on here that weights are good so might try that. I'm also doing to facebook 30 day Ab & squat challenge.

Not a good food day but exercise total is up to 300/420 minutes after 4 days :)

Might have to cancel gym class tomorrow as I need to wait in for a parcel, grrrr, hope it turns up fairly early.

A quiet day here. Food ok, but too much picking when not hungry - grrr. Walking and enjoying time with dd were today's main activities. And I got my veg quota in - yay!

Hi Niftythrifty how are you finding the 30 day challenge, im only on day 3 of the Ab& Squat at the moment it's a breeze, doubt I will be saying that in a few weeks

I've had a tango of a day every job has been two step's forward and three back, even managed to burn the lads tea.

Had a lovely day yesterday with a late afternoon wander along the riverside of a local village, have kinda noticed that most of our wanders always seem to end with a tea rooms or local pub :o I did succumb to a half of diet coke sadly..rather than a G&T..:D

Today a rest day..well housework catch up, circuit training tomorrow...shattered already just thinking about it.

    Foods been c rappy today
Bfast Green banana & tea (running late)
Lunch 2 coffees and a packet of crisps from the petrol station (didn't have time to stop)
Tea cheese sandwich & melon (gone past the point of being hungry)

Was a low cal day but woefully bad nutrition, tomorrow will be better I have the bits in to make a cumin, apricot & lentil soup..not quite sure about it but I like all the bits individually so worth a bash.

As for gym knickers try Asda seam free comfort shorts ( 3for£6) fantastic no rubbing or cheese wire experiences perfect for those like me with junk in the trunk :D
