    Good afternoon!

I've had a cracking headache that has wiped me out today. I am still in my jamas and have only just stopped dozing the day away.

But I've eaten ok! My usual breakfast, lunch was 2 carrots' worth of sticks + homemade hummous, plus an apple with cashewnut butter on it, plus a handful of cashews.

And 3 strong black coffees, 2x painkillers and copious amounts of water!

I may not make it to 8 veggies today unless I have soup for tea, and I've only done 750 steps so far! So long as I keep off the sugar and the grains, then I shall be happy with how the day has panned out.

Off for another lie down now!

Oh no sorry to hear you've got a bad headache, I hate it when something like that ruins your day! Well done on sticking to healthy eating though, I always give in when I'm ill!

Kayalana - it's 90% food so that's the important bit. Good luck x

Fmess - I love fruit but not bothered about watermelon. I seem to be eating a lot of strawberries, particularly gorgeous sliced with ml strawberries yogurt. My goal is 10 stone so I'm very jealous.

Apple muncher - hope you feel better soon.

Just treated self to new outfit for gym, was getting a bit desperate, size 14 bottom size 12 top. Would like to have waited for smaller size but only from primark costing £12

Ended up at a different gym (part of same group) as mine closed today due to bh, was very testosterone filled and a bit off putting, lots of grunting and groaning... Will avoid if poss but at least meant I still got a workout.

Thank you for the good wishes. I fell asleep for 2 hours! More painkillers and water and I'm almost coherent... Tomorrow will be a local day with dd, probably on the bus.

Tea will be pea + mint soup (a 6-veg hit!), then egg and chips, and cott ch pud.

I decided it wasn't worth stuffing my face with sugar, as I'm not really ip to fulling enjoying it, and would feel mega bad afterwards!

HDK, don't blame you forgetting new gym gear. I reckon that if you feel good in what you're wearing, then you workout better. Shame about the grunting! One of the benefits of working out at home is that noone else hears my mutterings, cursings and grunts.

HDK I am very petite in stature so I'm still quite round and wobbly at 10st. Well done on making the effort to go to another gym! I got new gym trousers today too as I only had one pair which was getting tricky when exercising on successive days. Had a voucher for a sports store so only cost £6.40 :)

Dinner was chicken and chorizo with veg and a couple of crackers and cheese for afters :) Feeling quite slim and not bloated :)

Hope you feel better soon Apple muncher.

Well it was a 1/2LB loss for me this week have been a bit carb heavy for me over the last week, not sure what's going on with my body at the moment as i've been reasonable good last few weeks and seem to lose more weight on the weeks im not so diligent. im still too wobbly in places for it to be muscle gain altho i've gained a lot of tone and some definition in my arms and shoulders, but then I didn't have any upper body strength to start with and im very pear shaped, think I may to add in some legs, bums & tums at home, can't do the gym class due to work.

I just can't seem to shift the last blinking 2LB :( it's getting really frustrating...if I ever win the lotto im getting it all sucked out :rotfl:

tori I am a bit the same, too wobbly sums it up nicely :rotfl:

I am quite glad that I don't have the money for lipo as I think I could be tempted, although then I'd have too much skin! I can see why people end up having lots of cosmetic surgery, one thing leads to another :p

Hope you've all had good days

    Good morning.

Up early today as OH is away to work and it is weigh day today.

Starve day yesterday and had a lovely total of 570 calories. Tried a dolmio snack pot thing (carbonara) and it was 335 calories. Was quite nice so think I will buy more.
    :)

Anyways... down to the nitty gritty I suppose.

Weight loss this week.... FOUR LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

I am now down to 15 stone exactly. Which is still a lot higher than I want/need to be but it means we are going in the right direction.
    :D

The bonus for me is that I was in size 40 trousers (i prefer mens fit as womens are a bit too clingy for me), but I tried on my 36's and I can get them fastened. I have a muffin top and they are a bit tight round the thighs so nowhere near wearable right this second but better than when I was almost spilling out over my 40s.
    :o

Plan today is to capitalise on the momentum and good feelings by hopping on the wiifit. We walked for 55 minutes yesterday (not all in a oner as we stopped to visit people but it was uphills and stuff) so will try and walk again today. But the plan is to do the boxing on the wiifit. Fingers crossed I can keep this good work going.

Go Stewby, that's awesome! :j:j:j Especially after the wedding and travelling and recent eating. Well done you !!! :T:T:T

I was in bed for over 10 hours last night, plus had a 2 hour sleep in the late afternoon. And today I HAVE NO HEADACHE. Am very relieved! Don't care that it's pouring with rain, we SHALL be going out, albeit only locally.

    Morning all

Congratulations stewby, that's great work :)

Glad your headache had gone apple muncher

Today is raining here too and it's forecast to last all week :( I need to walk the dogs this morning as I booked in for a pedicure this afternoon (don't tell NSK!) and have an exercise class this evening.

Planning on having some lazy day time tv time this morning as can feel my muscles aching from yesterday's class.

Hope you all have a good day :)
