Managers quarterly day out, which isn't anywhere near as exciting as it sounds, anyway it's always a free lunch, biscuits and cakes all day, sweets on table etc. Anyway I had jacket potato, tuna and huge salad, plus only had a teeny tiny little cake, NO Biscuits or sweets! (Was in front of me ALL day) Also stayed away from the naughty options, and drank fizzy water all day.

Not so good at home, had chocolate sponge cake, with chocolate sauce and a dollop of custard... have since done zumba and lbt to even it out.

Well done on the weight loss apple muncher, his missus and lily rose

Today was a long day at work, resulting in no exercise (unless cleaning the house top to bottom counts?!)

Eating was not great due to more pupils leaving and more treat foods, however I was more restrained than usual, so making baby steps.

Had three veg - spinach, pepper and tomatoes. Also bought water melon for my something new, but haven't dared try it yet!

Hoping to do a run tomorrow night and have a good food day

    Night all

    Success!!!! Harrah!!!!
    :j

Starve day complete with only 622 calories taken. Shockingly managed to survive from 04:30 - 20:10 without eating. Although I did spend a lot of time asleep.
    :o

Not really much else to tell you to be honest. Just very grateful for the "my fitness pal" app as it is keeping me under control so much better than if I had been counting it myself.

Morning all well done on those that have lost :)

Quite looking forward to today as I only have 3hrs of work as I have have to take delivery of 10 tons of gravel for once I don't mind that the weather is a bit grotty, it's preferable to moving the stuff in full sun.

No circuits for me tonight I think my fingertips will be grazing my ankles by this evening :)

    Food
    Bfast beans on WM toast
    Lunch fruit salad & cheese
Tea veg curry and brown rice..I do so miss poppadoms I freely admit I can be a glutton I have eaten a whole packet with curry (minus the rice) in the past I find it easier if I just don't go there.

Other news DH has been nominated for SW "man of the year" as if he needed his ego fluffing any more than it is :D very proud of his lordship altho I will take the credit as the b ugger doesn't cook :rotfl:

Wow well done tori and your OH :) it's lovely your efforts are being recognised, is there a prize?

Well done HDK on your loss this week :)

Hoping to do a run and some dog walking before going out tonight. Diet may not be great today as just had a cake! And it's only 8.20! Serious lack of willpower!

Will endeavour to do better for the rest of the day :)

I can feel myself slipping... cravings are returning. It's just boredom more then anything. I'm a stay at home mum (well on mat leave anyway) so I have plenty of time on my hands.

Yesterday wasn't to bad, the cottage pie was a large portion (again) but I did add quite a bit of veg in it.

I had a slice of bread and butter and a magnum...yes bit random... then cottage pie for tea

I can usually kcal count the small stuff I just never know what the tea meals should be :/

OH and to the person who asked about the fancy dress it was meant to be military but I think shes changed her mind anyway so I have no idea!!

    Hi all.

tori - a big well done to your OH you must both be very pleased.

Today is weigh day for me and I have stayed the same, I am totally miserable as I have exercised my butt of all week and eaten sensibly, it is that time of the month and even though I know that's the cause I am still upset - it's not fair.

No exercise today as I have Friday off.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Hi,

dolly - I have the same problem at the time of the month all the time and it's usually followed by a loss the following week. It's all the water retention.

Kayalana99 - regarding cal count, have you tried an app like myfitnesspal? You can scan the barcodes with your phone or manually add. They have quite a large database that includes 'homemade' stuff.

Lily rose, HelenDaveKids - Congrats on the weight loss

tori.k - Well done to you and your OH

apple muncher -Haha, I only feel like I need to exercise more because I sit on my bottom all day and most movement involves making a cuppa.

Weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 10st 5.5lbs from 10st 7lbs. Just hope I can keep it up.

    Today:
    Breakfast: Peanut butter on toast
    Lunch: Fruit salad
Dinner: Chicken, cous cous and veg

Feeling a little under the weather today so am not going to do any exercise.

    Everyone have a good weekend.
