    Today I smell of coffee.

I am also wearing it on my blouse.

    :o:rotfl::o:rotfl::o:rotfl::o

    Thank goodness it's Friday!

My weight is slightly up from yesterday but overall down from the start of this challenge, if that makes sense!

Next week will be a challenge as it's half term and we'll be around the house. Must get determined head on and stick to the plan. Exercising is fine, it's just the pesky picking at food.

Dolly, I agree with Cherry, it could well be cyclical. Or equally muscle. I definitely feel more toned and know that soon my weight loss is going to slow right down.

    Hi all

Well done on the weightloss everyone :)

Don't worry about it dolly, I'm sure you efforts will show next week.

I have ate lots of sugar today but haven't gone too crazy according to my calorie total. I'm off out tonight so planning on having low calorie alcohol and there is a buffet so doubt much will be gf.

Exercise has been good today. Ran 5km then walked the dogs so that's another 80 minutes exercise to my total, 185/300 so far.

Still not eaten my watermelon, it keeps staring at me when I open the fridge. I'm actually quite scared of trying it, forgotten how bad I was with new foods!

    See you all tomorrow :)

Be brave Fmess! start a sticker chart for new foods and then reward yourself after 5 or 10. I do this with dd, but it takes an age to get enough to reward her. She even crossed out the 'yummy' bit of the title: dd's yummy new foods chart' as she reckoned they weren't yummy at all!

Today has been sugar-free, got my veg down me at lunchtime (and it didn't join the coffe spills on my clothes!)so have had 10veg + 1fruit, no workout and my calf has really tightened up - grrrr, and I'll be in bed early too, I promise.

    Hi everyone.

I know you are all right about me not losing any weight. I was very cheesed off about the whole thing so I ate all sorts yesterday that were not good, I won't list them all but I have drawn a line under it and am moving on, back to normal today.

I hope to be cycling today but my front tire is still flat, if I can't use it I will go to the gym.

I didn't get out for my usual long dog walk yesterday due to the heavy rain all day so we just went out for a functional 10 minute walk, I did walk the school run both times which is 40 minutes in total.

    Have a lovely Saturday guys.

    Morning all

Had a good night last night, although not very diet conscious. Didn't drink too much and did eat the few items on the buffet that were gf so no hangover this morning :)

Have just been for an English breakfast with my friend who stayed over but I'm going to count that as my treat meal for the week. If I don't then I know I'll eat all sorts today because once I feel I've broken my diet I have a tendency to go crazy. Lunch will be a sandwich as received 2 free loaves of gf to try from a gf company :) dinner is the once monthly takeaway so will have a meat and veg dish with no sides.

Planning on walking the dogs later and hoping to treat myself to a pedometer to encourage me to walk more.

    Have a good day

Am having to rest my calf - grrrrr! But have done plenty of walking and generally eaten well, kept off the sugar, and had lots of time with dd. Not so much veg - just 4 - but more fruit than usual - also 4. So a total of 8, not bad.

Braved the weather and local town and eventually found what I wanted, sandals-wise. Then got a 20% discount as the lady in front of me in the queue gave me a voucher!

Also picked up a couple of vest tops - half price in a charity shop, so well cheap - for exercising. Or for hot weather, if we get any this year...!

Sorry to hear your calf is hurting apple muncher but how exciting that the lady gave you a voucher!

Did 50 minutes walking today so that's 235/300 minutes this week, with 1 day to go :)

I've tried tinned tomatoes today on their own for the first time :) but the watermelon is still in the fridge :rotfl:

Food has been not so good but not horrendous, will definitely not have lost weight this week but I know I haven't tried my hardest so it's no wonder.

Fingers crossed for some sunshine tomorrow

It has finally stopped raining here but only for this morning I think.

I wanted to go out on my bike yesterday but it still has a flat front tyre and now DH says the back is flat too. It needs new tyres, brake blocks and a service on the gears but this is more than the value of the bike so I am looking for a replacement. Anyway I did and hour in the gym instead.

Today I hope to go running.

applemuncher - I got one of those 20% discounts by email and my friend gets the printed vouchers to hand out and she gave me one too. I love their exercise clothes they are very good quality so I might look at some more of the running tights as they are fab.

A couple of weeks ago I got into my size 16 jeans and was saying I only had one pair of jeans and one pair of jeggings, well the jeans were getting too big even with a belt (which is also too big) so I tried on my size 14's and all three pairs fit beautifully. I am sooo happy as I was a size 18 still in March. Not so long ago one of the pairs wouldn't even go more than 3" above my knees.

I have no clothes in anything smaller than a 14 so come autumn I am going to be living in leggings and exercise gear.

    Today's menu

B/F HM porridge with nutella, crumpet and flora, 2 x coffee

Lunch - salad, ham and pitta bread, fruit and yoghurt

Tea - Fried egg and oven chips.
