Thanks Fmess. Someone at work said they do a similar thing and only eat carbs at lunch so I'm going to try that. Unfortunately I left my pasta lunch in the fridge and don't want it going to waste so might be starting that tomorrow. Also going to start eating from a smaller plate. Just got to make sure the OH remembers on his night to cook cause he's worse than me at just piling it on the plate!!
AppleMuncher - it's making me exhausted just thinking about it as well! I'm just thinking about it as 64 fitness sessions (and I've already done 2!) to a bikini ready booty!0 -
Hi Rosie and afternoon to all.
Seems I have the best of the weather it's a scorcha of a day in the Kernow, so will be on it's way North soon

I've hit the veg target, and stayed off the added sugar. No exercise, but I still feel rather wan and delicate after yesterday's headache. Dd and I got out in the rain and had a nice day together. No exercise apart from some walking.
Bfast - usual cott cheese mix
Lunch - pea soup (6 veg in one hit!) and 2 eggs
Tea - own chile with a little grated cheese, cottage cheese pud

Off to get another early night!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Yippee to getting your 3rd badge, Fmess! :T:T:T
Yesterday's soup had onion, garlic, pea, spinach, potato and cabbage, I think! I try to put 5 or more veg in, as it's a great way to down the green stuff!
Well, I got up at 6 (bleurgh!) to do some moderating before dd woke up. Tis now after 9, the moderating was pesky but is all done now, and dd is STILL sleeping! Am amazed! But am using the time well - mooching on here!
Have a good day. We still have rain, gloom and chilliness - I am best friends with my microwavable polar bear!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Morning
That soup sounds delicious apple muncher
Another 2lbs off yesterday, according to the unreliable scales! If they are right I'm back down to my lowest weight since starting the diet and exercise plan in December. I've been here several times over the past few months but keep going back up a few pounds, then back down again. I'm determined to get another pound off by Monday and keep it off.
Breakfast was toast as have lots of gf bread to use up
Lunch should be chicken salad
Dinner should be veg curry and maybe some chicken or cheese with it
Wish the weather would brighten up as neither I nor the dogs fancy getting soaked when we go for a walk. If it stays this heavy we may stay at home all day instead. Got another exercise class tonight
Slightly odd question, and feel free not to answer, but what type of knickers do people wear under their exercise trousers? I'm having issues with all of mine, they are either uncomfortable during the class or show a VPL!
Have a good day. Ps well done on getting the moderating done apple muncher, I suppose I had better do some school work sometime this holiday!LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Got a toughie workout in - at least my calf is mending.
ZWOW 16: 20 mins of 10 of each:
- ground to overhead(10 DB squat, touch db to ground, stand, bicep curl + overhead)
- 1 legged squat (10k DB, touch db to ground)
- skull crusher (5k)
- V-up
- burpee (with gentle jump!)
I managed 4 rounds and down to 8 ground/overhead. Ooph!
Fmess, I know what you mean about reaching a weight then bouncing up and down to it. I hope this challenge (and the one I'm doing at work) will spur me on to get beyond the sticking point.
I just wear my usual knickers, as I exercise at home. Sorry!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Comfortable ones! There was a girl in front of me other week at lbt who was wearing very see through trousers and a thong. That's surely got to hurt!Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Yes I definitely steer away from thongs, I have enough issues with normal knickers when exercising :rotfl: maybe I should just ignore the VPLLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)
