Morning everyone!
I had my first personal training session in about a month on Friday (Friday night, why do I do it! lol) but my weight has only gone down 0.1kg and my body fat and muscle has stayed the same. I was just glad I didn't put on any weight! Had a tough few weeks.
But I went dress shopping for my brother's wedding and also got measured for bras. Good news is I've gone down a back size! But that means I need a cup size up, if this trend continues I'll need specialised made bras... I'm currently a 34HH or J!
My plan for this week is to go to the gym twice during the week and once at the weekend, one doing cardio session, the other 2 weights and core exercises with a bit of cardio. Or maybe I should do 2 cardio... I'll decide this week!
I bought healthy stuff last night and I'm going to have chicken salad for lunch today. I had 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of toast for breakfast. I need to get about 100 grams of protein in my diet for me to build muscle - as it is too low for my body at 21.4%!!!0 -

That spa day sounds like a really good deal. Well done on your weight loss and you too stewby.
Thanks for the clothing suggestions, my problem is being 5'10" with long arms and 34" inside leg.

Hi all,
Not feeling very optimistic about weighing in this week. The health kick went out of the window this weekend and included a chinese meal, takeaway pizza, large full english breakie, a few ciders and not much exercise.
Will brave the scales and the wrath of the Wii man in the morning.0 -
I've taken a leaf out of stewby's book today. Yesterday I had a sugarfest and felt that I needed to do something positive. I have 'tried' the 5/2 approach and just ended up overcompensating. So last night I was cogitating.... And decided that I'd simply not eat til late morning/lunch as I'm not working.
So I just had my usual coffee and set about a Tuesday day routine - school run, food shop, PO. Then I did SUCH a tough workout! So at 11.30 I had some cottage cheese, cinnamon and ground almond to replenish.
In my head, I had made my decision not to eat wrong stuff, so lunch was green soup with a hb egg, a sprinkle of cheese and pl yog, plus some grapes, cashews and dates. And I am full still and will now not eat til tea time when dh is doing steak, mushroom and hm chips for me. And now I've told you about it, then I'll have to stick to it!
Well done to those of you losing weight, snd those who are being so active. Just 100 days from now takes us to August 21st, I think, so we'll be in the height of summer. What changes can we implement in 100 days? MASSIVE ones!!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Evening all,
I'm in awe of how much exercise some of you manage each day. How do you all fit it in?
I'm feeling pretty proud of myself today and hoping it's the start of many successful days. I've walked 2 miles with the dogs and just done an exercise class, and I ache already.
Food wise:-
Breakfast - eggy bread
Lunch - feta salad and yoghurt
Snack - grapes and cheese
Dinner - chicken in breadcrumbs with vegetables
Hope you've all had a good day. I hear the weather is due to get brighter tomorrow and for the rest of weekLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Will admit somedays I don't know how I manage to get to Tuesdays circuit class as it starts at 5.45 and I finish work at 5 if I don't meet a tractor on the way I just make it but usually running to the door while tying my laces, Im amazed at anyone that's employed with kids at home manages it, It's such a bonus being self employed.0

Evening everyone.
Succeeded with my second starve day at work and I am feeling so proud.
So far, they have thrown: homemade mince pies, after eight mints, roses (the chocolates), macaroni cheese (twice), and double chocolate muffins.
And I have resisted them all!!!!
:j
Have had a grand total of 544 calories. (Maximum of 600 on a stave day).
Tomorrow is going to be a very stressful day at work so I needed to get the starve days over with so I can eat a bit of chocolate tomorrow without feeling even worse.
Hoping to keep being good. OH says he can see a difference already apparently so fingers crossed he is being truthful.Mortgage: £0/£80,329.91
