    Evening :)

I find that too Dolly84 im a proper summer girl at heart, and don't really look for hot food over the summer...downside is I crave stodgy foods during the dark half of the year.

Really heating up down in Cornwall :) hopefully it will soon be heading everyones way if it hasn't already, must remember to use more sunscreen with being behind glass all day my drivers arm is already two shades darker then the other.

Rest day for me having a visit from a former fosterling very picky eater so will be sausage& mash for the lads and boiled egg, cheese, last of the salad bits and mash for me.

Lunch sandwich, fruit & packet of pom bears (for some reason just fancied them)
Bfast banana and coffee (had a backwards in coming forwards kind of morning today)

Tomorrow is shaping up to be horrendous day work wise, and circuit training is going to be hard as they are taking it outside so something with tyres is on the cards..im really sceptical about this one..my mother's view is we need committing for actually paying to do this at my age, im beginning to think she might have it about right :D but what the e'll it be fun finding out

I had to demonstrate a dive bomber in the staff room today - and they were suitably impressed!:rotfl:. Then a couple of us did jump lunges :j.

Got me anothrr ZWOW in this afternoon. Just a 10 mins one, but soooo intense! Having such a short time to do it in means that there is no slacking. I don't know how you all do gym sessions! I mean, I do 'know' - done them in my time! - but for me, finding exercises and workouts to do at home was so liberating and positive. I couldn't plan workouts myself, have to follow a workout designed by someone else. But I LOVE working out on my own at home :D.

Im more impressed at your self discipline to workout at home, i've often considered it actually sat down and watched one of the 30 day shred on you tube...with a cuppa and a chocolate biscuit :o...I really hope im not the only one to do that....:D

dolly I'm so impressed with how much exercise you are cramming in to each day.

tori pom bears are may favourite crisps :) I'm not brave enough to go to a circuit class yet as it looks really difficult and I like to be able to hide at the back of the class. I joined the gym because of the weather and also I love the pool and the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, I joined with a friend but she isn't going much at the moment, and its easier to go when two of you go together.

apple muncher I am in awe of your ability to motivate yourself at home. I need to go to the gym to motivate me normally as I'd be too ashamed to go there and then do nothing. I like to run too but I am not very good at going.

Today has been a good day :)

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast and low fat spread
Lunch - vegetables and feta and a yoghurt
    Dinner - vegetables and cheddar
    Snack - 3 cookies and a toffee!

I also walked the dogs two miles but I have been working all day and evening so no exercise class :(

I used to run and use the gym, but after having dd, time was limited. And the nearest gym is rather pants - no classes, tiny weights area, cold pool. I wasm't prepared to pay through the nose to havr to travel at least 4 miles! I have total respect for you girls who use a gym well.

Fityummymummy started me off, then turbulence training, then I struck gold with bodyrock. When Zuzana from bodyrock started ZWOW, I was in the front row! Love that girl!

    Good evening.

So.... another day in work and I messed up today and forgot to take my yummy biscuits.

However, I managed to get through the day with just two bourbon biscuits and a wee spoon of ginger sponge and custard.

Have come home and had some crisps and am thinking about having a yummy biscuit.
Total calories for the day: 1107 (1205 if I have a yummy biscuit). I think I am going to resist the biscuit and be good.
    :D

    Hope everyone is doing well.

So glad to hear everyone is so motivated and determined.

Really not hungry this morning so will take a banana with me to work, I also have no idea what lunch will be, most likely a sandwich& fruit as I need to do some shopping.
Tea, poached eggs and 5 beans on WM toast. this is my goto meal after an exercise class as it cooker to table in 5 mins.

Have a great day everyone :)

Thanks Fmess - I never do things by half and I intend to have got all this weight off by the end of the year, there is no way I am going through this and working so hard to just pile it back on again, this is a lifestyle now not a quick fix.

Today is my rest day and I need it too, my legs felt weary on the school run this morning and my lats are aching from doing pull downs yesterday. I will still do an hours dog walking and have another dog walk with family planned for this evening but that will be more of a stroll and a chat.

I had a look in my diary yesterday to see when I started cycling and running. I started cycling 11 weeks yesterday and running 9 weeks tomorrow, when I first started on the bike I wrote in my diary that I did half an hour but had to get off and push a few times, I know the route I did that first time and it is hard to believe I now do 10 miles rides and don't get off at all. When I started running I couldn't do more that 1 minute before I had to walk, it is still the hardest thing I do but I now do about 15 minutes then a short walk then carry on running/walking for the rest of the route.

Weigh in today - drum roll please - 3lb lost this week. I am over the moon. I set myself a target of 8lb from the last Friday in April to the last Friday in May and I have reached that target today.

    Food today

B/F - mini weetabix, soya milk, 1 slice soreen toasty, flora and coffee
Lunch - cous cous, 1 sausage, fruit and yoghurt
Tea - HM pizza with pepperoni on one and ham and mushroom on the other - two big pizzas shared between two adults and 2 children.

There may be a small chocolate treat tonight too, Friday and Saturday are treat nights for me.

    Hi all,

Thanks everyone for the congrats. Sometimes I think 1lb is nothing in the big scheme of things when you're as heavy as I am, so it's nice to hear people think it's an achievement.

Having a naughty day today. Buying lunch out (probably a butty) and pizza for tea. No plans to do any vigorous exercise either, just a walk into town.

tori - I love poached eggs on toast.

Fmess - I have always been a lone exerciser apart from when DH comes with me, I find that for me organising to go with friends doesn't work, they ring up an hour before with some lame excuse and then you don't go yourself because the plan has changed but if you are always intending to go alone then you just tend to get on with it. If friends want to come along I tell them when I will be there and I'm happy for them to join me but I won't plan to go with them.
