Well done on passing your exam kayalana :j
Fmess your dress sounds lovely :)

Nice to see more people joining the thread - welcome all :)

I'm still off the rails but I'm refocusing and regrouping today and starting again tomorrow. Exercise and cutting out the extras again. I have three weeks to a family get together and would like to have shifted a few inches for that. Must go and make lunch for tomorrow. Hope you all have a good week :)

    Morning all.

Monday is the dreaded weigh-in for me, should be ok this week will be excellent for DH I can already anticipate he will lose at least 300£ this week :D as i've hit the point that im down to 2 pairs of trousers that ill fit me at best and he can't say anything because he's in the same boat if not worse :rotfl: for once clothes shopping is a legitimate business expense ;)

    Bfast banana
Lunch beetroot salad & feta cheese
Tea mixed veg omelette, salad and a few HM wedges

    Morning all.

The weather is causing me exercising problems, I am doing it but I am getting completely soaked through so I am running out of clothes all the time. Running clothes are a real problem for me, I am tall and if tops aren't long enough they ride up very quickly, I think I may buy a mens long running vest if I can get a cheap one.

I have had to put my size 18 jeans away (2 very nice pairs are going on ebay) as they are falling down even with a belt so I fished out all my other jeans and trousers, apart from summer trousers I have one pair of size 16 jeans and one pair of jeggings which fit. I have two pairs of size 14 jeans which I can get on and fasten but I know that they will be cutting me in two after an hour. I also have three pairs of cropped winter trousers to wear with boots but two of those will be too big by autumn.

I will try to manage with clothes until I reach my target weight at the end of the year or I will just have to buy again then anyway, maybe a couple of pairs of leggings would see me through.

    Yesterday's food

B/F - Hm porridge with nutella, slice of fruit toast, flora, 2 x coffee.
Lunch - 2 wholemeal pittas stuffed with salad, ham, cheese (bit) and low fat dressing, greek yoghurt.
Tea - HM Chilli, rice, sponge and custard

    Snacks - 1 nectarine, squash.

    Today will be

B/F - 2 x weetabix, soya milk, lemon & raisin pancake, flora, coffee
Lunch - as yesterday but just one pitta.
Tea - Roast chicken (no skin), potatoes, veg

    snacks - fruit, squash.

    Have a good day.

dolly, sounds like a 'good' problem to have! Maybe try charity shops for the interim trousers? That way you don't 'waste' a lot of money.

Have been doing my blue bottomed fly impression yet again at work, setting up for speaking tests in languages I don't teach, with an exam board I'm not familiar with! All whilst still trying to teach my own classes. And I'm not even in charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, all the odd languages are now done, and they have no doubt helped my step count over the last 10 days!

Am looking forward to less running around and returning to my normal sedate self :rotfl:.

Another 2LB off for me at SW :j

2LB more see me at target weight so going for it this week. may need to drop my target slightly or they will make me continue paying if I go 3LB under/over until my weight evens out with the exercise, there is still plenty of wobble and im eating more than enough but still loosing weight so more fat than muscle.

Im back proper in a size 10 and physically can't get any smaller due to my hips proper Cornish build, i've been following bemorewithless.com/minimalist-fashion-project-333-begins/ with my wardrobe it started when I started running out of clothes due to my expanding waistline :o The downside was I cleared my wardrobe of my smaller clothes never thinking i'd get back into them :rotfl:

Dolly get your mates together, and have a "temple of tat" evening, it's something we used to do where us girls used to raid mainly our wardrobes but anything we no longer needed/wanted,(scored a breadmaker once) all have a good rummage with a bottle or two of wine thrown in,anything left at the end of the night was passed on to a local charity shop, was win win all round.

    Good evening.

Weigh day today and I have lost 5lbs this week!!!!!
    :j

Feeling really pleased and as an added wooooooo!!!, I managed to work a whole 12 hour shift as a "starve day" (less than 600 calories).
    :D

Working Tues, Wed and Thurs and need to fit in one more "starve day" during that time as we are heading down south on the Friday and I want to enjoy the weekend (whilst still being good).
    :undecided

The 'my fitness pal' app is amazing. One of my work colleagues is using it and she showed me that you can scan barcodes of food you are eating and it will add it to your intake automatically. Can't wait to play with that later.
