It's a lovely day here too but saying that it was yesterday till 3pm when it bucketed it down.
I am working this morning then I will dog walk and run this afternoon. I am going to look around my local gym tomorrow morning, it's a council one and is 2 miles away so walkable/bikeable although I do have a car, they do an off peak membership for £19.95/month if you sign up for 12 months, you can use it M-F 9am-4pm and all day at the weekend.
Me and DH were looking at buying a treadmill but 12 months doing this is cheaper and he's not that bothered plus it would take up a lot of room.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

HI all,
Weigh in wasn't as bad as expected, lost 1lb.
Dragged Hubby, literally, out for a walk last night. Only did a couple of miles but beats sitting on my bum playing Candy Crush and the likes
Food today:
- beans on toast
- leftover cottage pie (made with sweet potato), grapefruit
- ready meal curry and rice and 2 samosas
Not the healthiest of evening meals granted but I can just stick it in the oven, tidy up whilst it cooks and hopefully have time to go out for another walk tonight0 -
Well done his missus!
The scales are definitely NOT my friend at the mo. But I do know why, so am rectifying the situation and hopefully by Friday they'll be nicer...!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Well done his missus
We are doing so well
Today, I have done generally well with food apart from opting for a hot lunch at work instead of my vegetable dish, and had some of my OHs lasagne as well as my tea. Actually not such a good day
I walked the dogs a couple of miles this evening so hopefully that'll help

well done his missus
Lovely day with fantastic weather, hotel had an awesome jacuzzi but the pool was a bit naff for swimming in, I behaved at lunch a opted for a jacket spud with a little cheese and salad. Dinner changed as well with just a simple mixed salad, the first time this year that we ate in the garden followed by a walk into the village, a lovely chilled evening.0 -
I have enjoyed my food today!
Lunch's soup contained 6 veggies :j and with 2 hb eggs, kept me full up. I also ate my usual breakfast and a good amount of nuts and an apple. Munchies when I got home were cashews and sultanas, plus the dregs of dd's grated cheese. Tea was an eclectic mix of leftovers: broc, mash, sausage in onion, tikka and hm bhaji! Usual pud. So, I had 8 veg and 2 fruit. Yay! Hit my 'power of 10' target for once :j!.
And is a day off exercise. Tomorrow I shall do another of my ZWOW workouts, but a short one. Doesn't mean it'll be any less intense tho!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Hello.
So.... starve days were successful and are now over for the week. Today was a bit chaotic and I have eaten over my limit but only by 100 calories.
The aim was to stick to 1350 calories but I ended up at 1444... mainly due to turkish delights (little sweets we got from a family) and a leftover muffin... yep, those little muffins got me.
But it's still a lot better than normal so I am feeling quite happy, especially as it could have been so much worse due to the stress of the day. Should be better tomorrow... hopefully.Mortgage: £0/£80,329.91

Well done his missus & Fmess. My weigh in day is tomorrow.
Yesterday I cycled for 25 minutes, ran for 20 minutes, skipped 500 times and dog walked for 45 minutes.
Today I have had my free trial at the gym and have run on the treadmill, stationary bike, cross trainer, and some upper body weights. They have a set of scales there and I was 1/2 stone lighter on those. I was so much more sweaty than when I exercise outside due to lack of breeze/wind I suppose. Will be deciding today whether to join.
I am going to run today for 20 minutes before the school run and will also dog walk and have promised the kids a bike ride to my mum's this evening but that will just be a little pootle really.
Tomorrow is my day off exercise.
Food today
B/F 2 x weetabix, soya milk, fruit toast, flora, coffee
Lunch cous cous, sausage, fruit and yoghurt
Tea - salmon fillet, potato wedges and veg
snacks, fruit and squash.
My food doesn't sound much when I read it back but I'm not hungry much so it must be OK.
Have a good day all.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
