Am having a supremely lazy day! At least dd slept through the night with her cold, tho she was up at 6.30 to show me what the tooth fairy had left. I made her climb in with us til 7!
I've got on with the exam board moderation standardisation that has to be done today. They only made it available today,so it's a tad tight' the meanies. Only about 30mins more to do.
I have swept the floor and mowed front and back - seems like that's my fresh air for the day done! I get quite bad hayfever at this time of the year, when the white blossom comes out on the trees.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Been a lovely day, Our blat out took us past Kingsley village so we stopped for coffee and decided to split a slice of cake, bad move as we couldn't decide which cake so ended up splitting 2 slices..with all honesty can say the coffee& walnut wins but the bakewell come a very close second
I hope i've limited the damage with spinning will find out tomorrow evening when we weigh-in, DH is 2.5 LBS ahead of me with our weight-loss so need to even that outwill freely admit it bug's the life out of me that he can eat so much more and still lose weight then I can, men have all the luck. I now understand why women in there 70's+ end up eating like sparrows weight was so much easier to lose in my 20/30 then my 40's

Hi all
Been busy marking coursework and the evening has vanished. Managed a workout at the gym and dog walking today. Diet wasn't great as had my official treat meal of the week so back to healthy eating with a vengeance tomorrow/today.
Really enjoying the nicer weather and the chance to get the sun on my faceLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Tis Monday morning and the scales are still my friends! May do some exercise later...may not! It's lovely clothes-drying weather, but I've no washing to be done - d'oh! There is a rather imposing pile of ironing, but the ironing board is being used to extend the underwater den, so is officially out of commission...!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

I agree about the lovely weather, I'm actually getting around to washing the cushion covers and dog beds today as I've finished the wash basket!
Loving the fact that you can't iron because it's a den!
I've cancelled my gym class today as my shoulders and arms are still suffering from Saturday so intending on doing plenty of dog walking instead.
Diet WILL be strict today. Toast for breakfast, halloumi salad for lunch and either left over roast dinner (if OH doesn't want it) or chicken and veg for tea. One treat item allowed so either a bag of crisps or a Mars Ice cream when it's hot this afternoon

Morning all,
Glad to hear the weather still holding on it's about to break here back to showers this afternoon.
Nothing really planned today as it's usually work then fat club, going to try and round the kids up and head off for a gentle stroll along the coast if they ever get out of bed.
Im another one with an ever increasing pile of ironing, tho im very selective over what actually needs ironing
Food
Bfast boiled egg and wholemeal toast
Lunch veg soup
Dinner jacket pot's beans and cheese
Snacks fruit & highlight
Dreading weigh-in later despite a good week both food and exercise, It's that week of the month that I usually maintain altho I don't feel as bloated this month so there is hope yet.0 -
had my first wobble this weekend, which really confirms how important foward planning seems to be be to my success. The evening culminated in a night out with friends - bad for the waistline but good for the soul!
Back onto the straight and narrow this week

Good luck for your weigh in
I have to admit I do not iron. I probably look a right mess but it takes too much time and I hate it.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Morning all. Hope everyone is enjoying the Bank Holiday.
It is dry and warm here so we got an early (ish) walk in with the kids and the dog. I will cycle later I think.

Well weigh-in didn't go as bad as I feared a 1LB loss for me and 1.5LB loss for DH, he always has to go a little better. Usually this week for me i've usually maintained with a bigger loss the week after, so will be quite interesting to see what next week brings0
