Hi bm, I often keep off the grains - being coeliac means that bread stuffs and pasta just don't feature in my eating anyway. And it's not been to hard when I've opted not to eat rice, quinoa, tatoes. I'll try to plan/think ahead for just a few days at a time, as that seems less daunting...!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Ok, I need you all to witness my promise: I am not eating any sweets during the next seven days starting tomorrow. So that's Sunday to Saturday.
I've been having sooo much of sugar for the last four days, my body is not happy about it... Friends that keep feeding me chocolate doesn't help much either. I will have to stay away from them for a while then, what can I do...0 -

Thank you, Fmessapple_muncher wrote: »Me too!
What I've noticed recently is that my friends are jealous of me losing weight. Always trying to feed me sweets, saying I don't need to lose any weight, calling me vain and discouraging me in every possible way. And they started dieting and exercising themselves. Annoying.
Also, I am officially size 12 now and can fit into my size 10 jeans and trousers but that's because they're generous in size0 -
Hello all!
Another newbie here looking for some insipiration - hope you don't mind me joining in.
I could have picked a better weekend to start though - was out for dinner last night and had rather too much wine - empty calories and meant there was no hope of getting up in time to go to the gym today! Also going to a baby shower for a friend today; we're having afternoon tea so not great either.
Will attempt to make up for it tomorrow by going for a bike ride - fingers crossed for no rain.......0 -

P.S. Day no.1 with no sugar - survived.0
