Hello Kitten, good luck with moving on after the breakup, put the comfort eating in the past now.

    hi, Tori x
can I have that curry recipe please?
Its been a lovely few days here so had a walk or two.
I can now fit my normal pretty bras, since the lumpectomy, as I also feel more comfortable. No more granny bras! Lol. This has cheered me up a lot.
with more weight loss I have more smaller sizes to get back into!

Dolly, you are a great big loser he! he! Go girl.
Today might be gardening and a walk.

I need shoes for autumn casual wear, can never find any for pre boot season.
    Ideas anyone?

Aggy I use an adapted version of https://www.spiciefoodie.com/2013/01/07/potato-and-yellow-split-pea-curry/ I cheat a lot with lazy ginger/chilli etc and store spices, it's a cheap and cheerful meal, handy when your paying off garage bills :o

    Hi all

I have too many confessions to list but I have basically been snacking on anything and everything, and have ate solo much chocolate in the last few days. Back to my pre 2014 chocolate eating (where sometimes chocolate was my main expense, after bills).

I have a couple of naughty days ahead too but planning on getting back on track on Saturday, when things calm down and I can stay at home all day :) (apart from going to the gym).

Hope you've all had a good week so far. Love the curry recipe.

Came back home with malteasers and pringles - only they can understand me at the moment :(

I am sooo used to British people looking down on me once I open my mouth but surely you could at least pretend not to care that I am a foreigner when I am paying so much for the service??... It just makes me to not like people and keeps me away from socialising.

Was looking into private tutors but they charge ~£50/h and my salary is £1000, so can't really afford it. Maybe I'll buy a PC and some audio courses after pay day. But today I am EATING.

Hi guys. I am back from my holiday at the seaside.

I may get weighed tomorrow (would usually be this morning but wasn't home then) or I may not, a holiday and Aunt Flo do not bode well for weight loss.

I have been running in the rain today just before tea and have done 1000 skips. This is the first holiday this year where I have left my running kit at home so I have had a good rest and need normal service to resume now for the last push through to December.

    Welcome newbies.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes
Hope you had a good time Dolly and totally understand Blue Mango- I've just had one of the Malteasers bars. Was tasty but not really needed- just a bad stress day at work and awkwardness with the ex at work and back at home.
Good news is he's out all weekend so I can cook and pack in peace without horrid silences- hurrah!

    Have a good weekend all!

Back from hols too, where every day seems to have turned into an eatey day! Sugar for 8 days on the trot, and a bowl of g-f sugary cereal for my pud as I type! Then I shall endeavour to get to September without tasting any more sugar...

I fully intended doing ZWOWs on alternate days whilst away, but I didn't get my kit on once! A combination of the drive there taking over 9 hours (only from south of London to North Devon, for goodness' sake!), then 3 days later doing another draining 5 or 6 hours to see my uncle. The drive home today took a mere 6 1/2 hours! Ugh!

We were staying in a cliff-top location, so got plenty of uppy downy walks in.

Anyhow, on a different note, I'm looking at setting myself some targets and goals for the rest of the year. I was wondering what other people were hoping/wishing/planning for?
