Oh, I forgot to say well done Tori, on winning the plank challenge! Avoiding burpees is a powerful motivator! I hate them
But I'm rubbish at planks, I hate them too :rotfl:I would definitely have ended up doing some!0 -
Today I fell off my sugarfree wagon...big time... Oh well, starting tomorrow, again.0

For a weight loss I need to limit my calories. I looked at my old pics and I noticed that I look much better now, I don't want to go back, chubby cheeks don't suit me!!0 -

Morning all.
Hope everyone's had a great weekend, isn't half dark in the mornings already I guess that summer is almost done as it beginning to feel very autumnal down here.
Had Spinning On Sunday with a slimming world recipe for cauliflower cheese that headed straight to room 101 for tea, never again it was a crime against cauliflower but was worth a try.
weigh-in later for me according to MFP i've kept my cal's just under 1500 a day for the week so in theory I should have a 1lb+ loss this week.
Food.
Banana&coffee
Salad Box & fruit
veg tagine (chickpea and roasted veg) with quinoa
Exercise rest day.0 -
Morning all,
Didn't get on yesterday, but don't have much to report anyway. I woke up to a pulled muscle yesterday from where my calf had been tight on Saturday, so apart from a little walk around town I didn't do any exercise. Still sore today, so I will see how it feels later with regards to doing anything on it.
Didn't eat well yesterday either
Nevermind today is a new day. I'm having belvita biscuits and an actimel for breakfast, doritioes and tomato salsa plus an apple for lunch. Dinner will be freezer surprise I think! Gonna get my 10k steps in today too. I also forget to weigh myself yesterday! But as it was my TOTM I think I will just leave it until next Sunday.0 -
Morning all

Lunch - salad and vegetable pakoras
Dinner - bolognese and veg
No snacks, except fruit and veg.

Second day with no sweets. Good but not enough - need to get back to exercising. Oh lazy days...0

I was so good today, until OH gave me a £1 to get chocolate with. Obviously it's all his fault I bought as much chocolate as £1 could get me and ate it all in 10 minutes!
Definitely need a sweaty gym session tomorrow!LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)
