- stop eating sugar
- stick to my budget for food
- stop wasting time and be more productive
- lose some weight and change my style
- save for a house/flat deposit

I honestly thought no one could eat as much choc as me. DH always kept my supplies up, I would get him to hide it for emergencies only, but he would forget where it was;)0 -

Thanks blue mango. I've split mine into 4 categories: work, finance, health and fitness.
My financial goals are running all year, but I know already that I will smash them :j. So I have upped the ante and set them just as high for the last 4 months despite dropping £400 pcm income, as I'm working fewer days.
Work ones are pretty standard for the autumn term, but will ensure that I get things done, which will keep things less stressy for the pupils.
Health is stuff like new glasses, eat well for mental health. I've included my crafting in this category as I enjoy it and find it to be a productive use of my time as well as getting the satisfaction on completing things.
Fitness is the one where I want to aim high. I'm still only down 4lbs from Jan 1st, so by Dec 31st, I'm aiming for a 14lb loss. I also wish to stop the sugar and grains, and lose some pesky inches that never want to leave me!
Another thing I need to do is to plan meals!! That way I eat enough at breakfast and lunch, which reduces picking later!

Have you tried not eating grains at all? It's very difficult for most of the people. Not for me though... I noticed a while ago that meat or fish with veggies is more filling then meat/fish & rice.
I only plan meals for the next day but using kcal tracker online helped me realise what is a healthy portion and how much kcal I need.
Yesterday I took a close look at my body and found a problem - stretch marks on my thighs and bum. So not having a nice body even if I lose weight.0 -
Blue Mango- we all have things we don't like (I have stretch marks and cellulite) but try to focus on changing the bits I can otherwise I get rather downhearted.
I had my first outdoor run today since I tore my calf muscle in January and smashed 5.21km so feeling pleased.
Tried to eat sensibly too with porridge, honey & dried bananas for Brekkie and left over chicken nasi goreng (crammed with veggies) from last night.
Apple muncher- you can do it!First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -

very annoying! To assume that. You have a good written english, and you will gradually improve with the british accents.0 -
Hi guys.
I have been for a bike ride today and it tipped it down from the moment I set off until I got back through the gate and then stopped. I don't mind but my word DH does, what a moaner.
I didn't have time to make hm pizza last night with just getting home from holidays so we are having that tonight. Food for the rest of the day has been pretty reasonable. I did brave the scales this morning and I have stayed the same - result, I need to lose 3lb next week to stay on target.
My goals for the rest of the year are:
1. Lose the remaining 26lb of my 6 stone target for this year.
2. Carry on running and cycling outside even in cold winter weather.
3. Get into any size 12 clothes I want to, not just the more generously sized ones.
4. Start doing Park Runs and stepping my running up a gear.
That'll do for now.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Great goals applemuncher. I wrote a list of goals on my phone on 31st December and I'm hoping to make most of them by the end of the year. I find having a reminder on my phone really helpful.
Well done on the run kittenkirst
Today my gym class was cancelledso I ate lots of carbs and have barely exercised
I'm in that lull again, I think this must coincide with my cycle as it seems to be every 4/5 weeks. Hopefully I'll be back on track soon.
