Hi Tori, I don't really diarise what I'm eating. I've tried before but I often forget to write things down, especially when I'm at work, as most things just go out of my head. This is the time when I'm most likely to eat without thinking too. Hmm, I see a pattern...
Welcome Nat21, that's a nice target to aim for. I love Alton Towers. Have you set yourself a target to lose before you go to Alton Towers? I keep thinking about trying the Shred programme, but I am rubbish at exercising at home. There's no room without rearranging the lounge, and the cat likes to try and trip me up!! I do sometimes skip or hula hoop in the garden though. I should do that more on days I don't go out to the gym. Cycling is still on for tonight though.
So today:
Breakfast- 2x weetabix, 1% milk
Lunch- ham, cheese and coleslaw sandwich on wholemeal bread, apple
Dinner- dunno yet! Whatever I can be faffed to make after I get home from biking later
Snacks - banana, hopefully nothing else, but I'm a realist!
Exercise- Aim for 10k steps, 1 hour or so mountain biking on forest trails at Haldon Forest
Have a lovely day everyone!0 -
Morning all
Welcome Nat21luv
I'm feeling slightly brighter today so I'm going to get up and do a few jobs.
The scales keep telling me I'm back up to 10st 1lbs so I'm not impressed but need to persevere. It's all about getting the food right now.
Breakfast - ribena so far! Maybe a yoghurt
Lunch - might try a sandwich and see if I can swallow bread yet
Dinner - something from the freezer, OH is in charge
Snacks - fruit
No exercise today as I must be better for tomorrow and the weekend as I have lots on.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

you wont bulk as women we don't have enough testosterone
I do
I have PCOS so my testosterone levels rival that of a mans!
In january I lost 20lbs doing Shred and diet, sadly its all back on because of medication but I'd like to get it back off again before AT. Its doable as I generally lose 1lb a day when im at this weight (which is quite large!)£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -
Welcome nat, well done on having a target and knowing what works for you.
This morning I've done ZWOW #44 Thanksgiving throwdown: 2x:
- 15 Squat jump with 5k dumbells
- 10 leg lift burpee (side plank leg lift)
- 15 each rev lunge wood chop with 5k DB
- 20 twisted sit up with 5k DB overhead then 1 Russian twist
Took me 15mins - I thought 2 rounds would be quick! I was wrong! :rotfl:
Then it was a quick 40 jump lunge, 20 press up and 20 sit up.
The sun is shining and I hope to drag dd up to the dr later - we need to go in person to register for the online repeat prescription, as the system has changed. That should mean I can also drop off 2 boxes of dvds for selling, and should get my steps up.
Yesterday I scraped over the 10k steps mark by just 39 steps - but I did it! :TNST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

I never got checked but from reading the symptoms I guess I might have it too... You taking any meds for it?
Today I had a bar of chocolate and some cakes at friends but I don't feel guilty because my total kcal is only 1850 for the day plus I resisted buying any more sweets and bingingDon't even know how I manage that, before one bite would lead me to a hundred more??...

Well done Apple Muncher!
Theres no meds available for PCOS but theres meds for the different symptoms, for example, I take the contraceptive pill to shorten goings on down there, it doesnt work but it lightens it I guess. Weight loss is a big help with PCOS...if only one of the symptoms wasnt weight gain!
Just completed day 3 of 30 day shred and my legs, thighs in particular, are killing. The only critisim of the shred is that she doesnt do a leg warm up and now I feel like im getting shin splints.£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0
