I'm having my leftover chinese for lunch  waste not want not is a mantra I can't get past. Using up some Belvita biscuits for breakfast and will also take a banana for a snack if I need it.
Dinner will be the diced turkey that I was supposed to use yesterday!

Exercise will be general busi-ness at work and gym tonight.

Have a lovely day everyone, sun is shining here! :D

Just a quick hello to all you munchin crunchin jumpin jiggling ladies:j

I am rather sad, I sank lower again and had an awful weekend. Not been out all week.
My neice stayed the weekend , I made a big effort to bake with her, so we made little sponge cakes.
Lost a lb, but its despite bad eating, ie pringles instead of lunch most days.
I had some maltesers. But pleased to find have lost the taste for them.

Good luck for the new week:beer:

    Hope you feel better soon.

hello. I have been reading through the thread and encouraged by Tygermoth's position as I am pretty much in the same place as she was at the beginning of the thread.. I haven't been svelte for a long time, but I have been fit for most of the last decade (3x Great South Run's under my belt). Last August I stopped training after a series of niggly injuries which started while I was half marathon training. To cut a long and probably boring story short, a year later I am totally unfit, and almost 4 stone heavier! :( I also have Plantar Fasciitis which means it hurts to walk, never mind run. Sometimes it quite literally is agony. However, my biggest problem is that I had an eating disorder in my late teens/early twenties, and now my eating is frequently very poorly managed.

So I am trying to lose very steadily over the next 18 months, to get rid of that 4 stone, and I am also walking (despite the PF which means I'm not allowed to run, even if I was fit enough to train), and starting a weights programme at home, to improve my fitness. I am a spreadsheet girl (have budgets for everything!) so I have a spreadsheet based on losing an average of 1lb a week, and I am planning to review things once a month because I can't do this every day on the scales thing which motivates some!

Anyway, hello, and please can I join, even though I'm a bit of a sparse forum poster!

    Welcome, welcome :)

Did my class this morning and have ate healthily, apart from a few chocolate biscuits! However I think I'm coming down with something as I feel dreadful this afternoon and the glands in my neck are huge :( Think I'll have a day off exercise tomorrow if I feel no getter in the morning.

Take care, Fmess. hope you fell better soon.

Hugs to aggy, hang in there girl.

I got ZWOW #36 done this morning: 3x
    - 10x 4-point jumps
    - 10 4 point 5k DB punches (5k was well heavy!)
    - 10 1-arm and 1-leg plank (hold for 3 secs)
    - 10 5kDB thruster
All in all it took just under 12 mins, with the jumping jiggle free taking a further 3m30 (40 jump lunge, 30 press up, 20 crunch)

Today is day 1 (yet again!) of avoiding added sugar. However, my lunch alone consisted of 10 veg, and tea will be own korma with added spinach and corn on the cob. We've done more blackberrying so I can mix them with my cottage cheese for a pud.

I think I simply eat too much!

Yesterday ended up being a mixed bag for me.

Breakfast was belvita biscuits, which calorie wise is fine, except they are basically processed crap with a bit of fibre in them!

Lunch was my leftover chinese, which was never going to be good. Salty = water retention, which combined with my TOTM now = 0.5kg weight gain this morning for me!

Dinner was good though. Made a turkey casserole with potatoes, carrots, onion and leeks. Lots of nutrients for me, and though it was very tasty I only had a small portion. Did ruin it slightly by having half a banana and 6 strawberries drizzled with some single cream an hour later!

Hoping today will be better, and the plan is to up my water intake to flush out the salt! Breakfast will be a large banana and a yoghurt drink. Lunch will be wholmeal bread ham and coleslaw sandwich with an apple.
    Dinner is currently TBA lol.

Gym tonight as didn't make it yesterday due to stomach cramps.

Oh and yesterday I did 10,385 steps whilst I had my phone on me during the day, so pleased with that! Let's see if I can do better today :)

Hope everyone has a lovely day, and welcome to the new members of the thread :)

    Morning all

I have definitely caught a lurgy so think today will be restricted to sitting in bed or on the sofa. On the plus side my throat hurts so much I don't think I'll be eating much!

Yesterday's class has left me very achey, although it could also be due to being ill, I guess.

Hope you all have a good day
