Hey Binnie welcome back. Glad you had anice time. Hope you are feeling more like yourself now and hopefully your new job will alleviate some of the stress you have had.
It is a gorgeous day here today. I have actually got loads of wash out drying outside. The rabbit is running around the garden and I have even managed to do some gardening. Going to get the wee handyman in and get another wee bit of the garden slabbed and a new shed door. Had a look at my neighbours shower and new bathroom today OMG it is fab. Cost her nearly £4k though and I only have £2k to spend on it so will just have to make do with the shower and new flooring and get them to fix the bath properly to the wall so it doesnt leak into my kitchen. I am really missing having a shower and especially with the summer coming in I will be in the shower all the time. Have had a minimum spend day today but spent a fair bit yesterday. Took my mum and DD shopping and I ended up spending £30 but this time I spent it on ME !! :j . Got some new tops in the sales so not too bad. I will have to invest in a decent pair of shoes though as my feet are really suffering wearing cheapo ones. Going to do some work on here now and get assignment started ( I hope) Might just go out and enjoy the sun for a wee while . Decisions decisions. Take care all xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -
Had a silly spend today, naughty Binnie  , Bought a Nintendo Wii and Mario Karting and the steering wheel. What fun, I'm knackered now though.
Played Bowling, Golf and Tennis up to now.
Hubbie is playing Boxing, but I can't as my neck and shoulder hurts.
Wanting the Keep Fit one, but sold out  , that will keep me fit and it looks good.
Not sold a thing on ebay yesterday and today up to now. , need money to pay for our extravagances somehow.

oops not been on here for days. My DS has a wii Binnie and we want the wii fit as well but it is sold out everywhere. Got my new specs today and feel as if someone has washed the windows:D . They are fab. You know I have really lost the plot at the moment. I was over £100 in ASDA again tonight. Granted £15 of that was my son and £20 was for lovely linen trousers but still  . I tried to get onto snowball account and it wont let me in  . I love going on it on payday as well as I feel as if I make a real difference to my totals then. Is anyone else having problems with it? Paid £345 off of cc's today. Had set myself a target of £350 and managing that and all debt on really low or 0% so should reduce the debt by more or less full amount. DD is still comandeering the PC but she has gone out tonight so yeeha I get on. Hope you are all doing well and keeping on the straight and narrow. Take care xx5 Year plan. Hi MIT and Gang,
Absolutely broke at the moment. I've got overdrawn at the bank and don't like it.
I'm sure it;s the first time it has ever happened. I even went to draw out £10 for next weeks bus fare but the computer said no.
I haven't got the mortgage through yet, they are waiting for some land registry paperwork to come back and then we have to see a solicitor, all takes far too long.
I want to pay the debts and start from scratch, plus have some extra money left per month.
Then booked Asda with hubbies debit card to deliver for tomorrow and silly me decided to try and change the order, and forgot to check out again, so now the order isn't coming tomorrow as I never put the card number in again.
Looks like we will have to go out and get it ourselves, bah I hate food shopping.
Heard about the gas and leccie going up again, bloomin heck we will never be rich will we?
Bye for now

Hey Binnie. I hope it all works out for you. STOP SPENDING !! You're worrying me. I know I keep harping on about being rubbish just now but I am not really. I have added slightly to my cc's but not a lot and whenever I can get back into the snowball I am sure my totals will go down but you are scaring me lol.
I came on PC today to do some of my assignment and my subscription to microsoft office has expired  . Nearly fainted when I started looking at the prices for buying the software but discovered that I could get it cheap because kids are at school so I managed to get the basic package for £35 :j . I am just trotting along with the debt at the mo. I swore that when ex started to pay extra for maintenance that I would pay it off of my debts BUT last week I bought us all tops and this week took us all out for lunch. Gave me great pleasure telling my mum that ex was treating us lol lol. Next week I will use it for this months payment for DD's trip to Austria and then start paying it off of debts. I promise. Would make a huge difference if I manage to do it. I need to be debt free by the time DD is 18 as my income will drop significantly then and I won't be able to afford to pay what I have at the moment and getting this extra money is a great opportunity to make that happen. Hope everyone is good xx

Just done my update and not good news unfortunately. CC debt is £15540.00. Going to try and get it under £15k by end of month. Probably not doable but I really need to set myself challenges again. So wish me luck x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Good luck with your challenge MIT, I could do with raising a bit extra this month too. I think I took my eye off the ball for a minute and need to get motivated again.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Good luck MIT. May be time to ebay one of the kids:rotfl: .
Have to confess taking the eye off the ball myself recently. I haven't really spent anything (well, apart from the aforementioned shoes), but I've been really slack at keeping track of my spending and my bank account (and pretty much everything else as well if I'm honest:o ). Hence why I didn't notice for 6 days that they've credited my account twice for the ISA c*ck-up (but I've made an extra 3p in interest!), and I can't account for 98p that I must have spent somewhere:rotfl: . Need to focus!

Seems like we've all had our eye off the ball! Spend some money today buying tickets for a holiday in October with friends, should be a blast and luckily it came out of the savings pocket especially for holidays but it still feels funny spending it all. Guess it's more overtime for me this month and the next month and the month after that, hehe!Smile more often, it's FREE :hello: Live on £4000 for a year stalker!0
