I would advise going to your gp and asking them to give you something to help with your sleep pattern even in the short term. And make that phone call to work. One less thing to worry about when it's done.0

And if you do get ill through exhaustion or have an accident because you're tired - who helps your MIL and SIL then?
Work it out and then see that those people - even if they are paid carers - can start helping them now so that you can stay well.0 -

That's not what they are! You're in an impossible situation, trying to help everyone around you and no-one is thinking about you and the effect it's all having on you.
If no-one else will do it, you have to look after after yourself!
Look for every opportunity - when you take your OH to the hospital, can you let him go in while you put the seat back in the car and have a nap?0 -

I think that is probably very sensible.
You can't run two fulltime jobs which is essentially what you are trying to do.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
It won't set the career back k much either which was my worry.
If I keep trying to do the 500 mile round trip high pressure role OH, MIL and now SIL and niece care I am going to collapse which will set it back.
Time to be a grown up and change the thing I can change.0
