Oh Melly, having followed your journey since I joined MSE only recently my heart broke when I read the news about MIL even though we all knew the end was near, it was still so awful to read. Keep being the amazing strong person you are and be proud of what an amazing partner you've been to OH xx0

Thanks elsien. From what I can see this year's growth beneath bud into sand. Going to decimate the rambling rose as I am taking cuttings for SIL, Nephew, Aunt and us.0

OK, other than Feliway, own room, some of MILs blankets and his stuff (so it smells right) litter tray, familiar food can anyone think of anything else I need for Mr Cat?0

No idea about cat but wanted to pass on my condolences to you and your man Melly. Sounds horrific and you have coped admirably so far. As others have said, I hope that all of them feeling similarly about MiL's final days will keep you in agreement until the funeral is over and you can start to move on. Big hugs x0

Find out what brand of food he eats, so there's not too much of a change for him.0 -
Thanks Gigervamp.
Hes an odd boy, he likes duck and beef wont eat anything fishy. His brand has been mixed up a lot, he likes dreamies so I am going to buy a bucket load. And I will pick covered litter tray up for the few weeks I need to keep him in.
I need to get him looked over, hes never been to the vets his teeth look fine though0 -
Aah, Dreamies. They're like crack for cats! One of ours can be asleep upstairs, yet just move the Dreamies bag and he's down like a shot!0
