He wont rest while Aunt is there - so a few hours in his own bed.
yes, it could be imminent or days. and NOBODY could go without sleep that long. Carers need rest too!
melly - if he isn't there at the final moment - its no reflection on him! he has gone above and beyond considering his own state of health. and don't let anyone tell him different!

I wouldn't censor him Meri. He would tho. He has taken today off completely I'd love to say he's better for it but he's understandably grinch like.

Me and dogs are in living room he's just taken himself back to bed. The fact we have furniture and ornaments everywhere isn't helping it really annoys him when there is no order.

Due to his mood he has attempted to provoke a row, this has meant I have gone back into the living room. If this is what happens when he has a day off he shouldn't have a day off.

Have told him I love him but to !!!! off till he's got his face straight.

ah - he is torn, he NEEDS time to rest and regroup - yet feels he should BE THERE. result = one grumpy man!

he has two choices melly - staying home with you or going round his mothers. or a third choice - both of you go down the pub for a change of scene and some R&R!

It's worth getting the book as well I think have you read I am legend? Completely different from the film.

Kevin Bacon is understated I think.

I may need to use this even more if it goes down the way I'm expecting.
OH already blaming me (can't blame himself) for nit being there yesterday
  • Melly -he will be blaming himself, however irrational that will be. If he does blame you it will only because he's vocalising that blame.
