I just wonder why there is so much time given in this program to the bailiff witch.
I mean once you have seen them cheerfully extorting money out of a couple of motorists at the road side you've basically seen it, and nothing much is really going on.
I understand that the BPA were consulted by the production company and wonder if they wanted as much scare and intimidation inserted as possible!0 -
Of course they do as people think debt collectors are bailiffs and can do the same. A lot of people don't know that clamping and towing is now illegal on private land. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

I like the comment from the blonde witch bailiff when trying to justify why motorists had to pay up.
"we all have to play by the rules".
So why then are they committing offences against the companies act 2006?
And why are the Police assisting them as it's a civil matter? Questions are being asked by the NotoMob I understand - and I suspect Herbie (Sheila from bailiffadviceonline) might well be interested in what we've seen on this programme, with Whytes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can you download in Ireland (presuming the poster is not meaning NI)?
Edit: just checked - iPlayer (Global) - cost = €49.99 (most recent figure I could find). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks guys. I do use proxies at times, so I will manage it I'm sure.
Just now, I'm watching it.. realising I had it recorded on my Horizon box.
I thought it was 30 minutes long, but it's an hour long! I'll finish in time to watch the next episode that airs at 9pm tonight.0 -
