She got caught in a lie with this name , can't remember the full incident right now, though somebody did a report on it, maybe NoToMob ?
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Seems to have the right credentials for the industry then. :)

But you don't know if that was the only activity being done, he could have been going shopping for that person also. And I haven't seen the programme but was the reg number on show?

Only he knows the answer to that question, personally I'd have told them to mind their own business but he didn't and the reg number was shown as he drove away.

Kira Fleck (aka Anjna Patel, President of the BPA Ltd) in full flow in tonight's programme.

Why does she need 2 names? Hmmmm

That explains my confusion when she gave her name.;)

It struck me that the Westminster Parking Marshals are depicted as kind of doing a similar job as the old style Metropolitan Police Traffic Wardens. Those were my van driving days (early 90's) when you could say to Rita meter maid "Is it OK if I just pop in here and get a sandwich" and if you weren't causing a problem you didn't get a ticket.
But I wonder how many marshals there are compared to the usual automatons and camera cars...and when is this series going to focus on parking on private land??
    cheers

Just watching this weeks edition and the guy who parked on zig zag lines didn't have the car taken away because it was his mothers motability car. Asked what he was doing today " taking the wife to work". Think motability might be contacting his mother quite soon.

Has it not occurred to you that many disabled people work and could well be driven their by their registered driver?

I like the comment from the blonde witch bailiff when trying to justify why motorists had to pay up.
"we all have to play by the rules".
So why then are they committing offences against the companies act 2006?

This programme further reinforces my belief that the ostrich approach to parking tickets is as stupid as the birds.

Surely bailiffs can only ever be appointed after court cases and how many letters must have been ignored before they get involved. Also, they can't remove a vehicle if HP finance is owed.

But the biggest scandal is the ramping up of the original charge to over £500

Wasn't it a former Labour Prime Minister who coined the phrase, 'Extortion, Extortion, Extortion'...... or something like that?
