Been looking over the spreadsheet again this weekend and it turns out my interest being charged is now exactly half of what it was at the start.
When I bought the place 30 months ago I could not have imagined it possible to reduce this burden so dramatically, but the snowballing effect really does make a big difference.
I just wanted to say thanks for all the support along the way thus far.

That's great MC :T.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Really looking forward to my holiday now, just a few more days to go.
Picked a good time to go away to a Eurozone country (its not Greece), and am hoping to get a very MFW exchange rate of around one beer to the pound

Sorry for the lack of activity, just about caught up with life.
Tried to have a spend free week after the excesses of holiday, but at least I get paid next week. Managed to be pretty frugal other than one lunch out to celebrate a colleagues promotion.
Not long till I dust off the mortgage spreadsheet again
