    So sorry for your loss.
I think most posters have given you good links to bereavement services.
In a similar situation in our family we lost our lovely 16 year old sister , nothing prepares you and I hope never to experience this again.
My family just talked and shared memories and in time we accepted that we would never see her again but my lovely sister would never be forgotten.

Twenty years on and I look at her picture daily and remember her with love.

The title says it all. Martha was killed 10/01/14 at 5.06pm.

I'm struggling, we're all struggling, I can't find anyone to talk to. Victim support sent a lovely chap, but he has no experience of this personally and I didn't feel that I could open up.

I've searched for forums to talk to others who've been through such a loss, but I can't find any, they must be there, perhaps the tears are obscuring my view of the search pages too much.

I'd be so grateful if anyone could point me in the direction of some support please.

Hi, my thoughts to you and your family.

I am not trained in any way for this type of help you need, but I know of what happened and where you are in general area, etc next time I visit there, I would be happy to meet you in the local town if you wish and have a chat with you.

I'll also ask around in that area for help suport for you and the family.

Just a thought but have you asked your local doctors.

    Hugs x

I was going to suggest the same groups as Thorsoak - but couldn't leave without saying I am so sorry about your daughter, Martha. I cannot imagine your pain. I hope you find the help you are looking for.
  • I'm so sorry for you all. What an awful loss.
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
