I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss.I am local to you and was just so shocked and upset when this tragedy happened.
My friend just lost someone close to her at about the same time as your loss and is having counselling provided by the local Salvation Army. She said they have helped her immensely and provide a really caring service. So I wonder if they would be able to help you in anyway.
Once again I am so sorry for your loss

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You are in my thoughts. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0

I'm so sorry for the loss of your daughter. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers."Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee."0

Gravitytolls, I am so so sorry for your loss. As a parent myself, I simply can't imagine what you have been going through.
Coolcait and others have given you some good contacts, and I hope that they can help you.
When I went through a sticky patch a couple of years ago, I found great comfort in being able to post anonymously on this forum, and received amazing support from other users; it was a surprise and a real help to me. So, do keep in touch and feel free to chat to us.
