I have found the Samaritans very helpful. Sorry, I know that's the most obvious and you've probably tried that already.

Very very sorry to hear of your loss, can't imagine what you and your family must be going through :-(

Oh OP how awful I'm so sorry that you and your family have had to suffer this xx

When I was younger I knew a girl who was lost suddenly in tragic circumstances. Her family and friends made a huge memory book of photos, memories and funny stories about her, it really helped everyone to remember her and I knowher mother took great comfort in going through the book whenever she missed her daughter. Could this be something you could do?

Your gp could refer you to bereavement counselling. As you touched on earlier you would need to feel comfortable with the person in order to open up to them and this can take time so don't feel you have to rush.

I really hope you find something to ease your pain, remember your daughter would not wish for you to be hurting like this and I hope you take some comfort from that.

Wishing you all the best xxx

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I've nothing really to add to all the helpful links people have provided so far, but I would just like to let you know that its very easy to identify you and where you live based on the information you've put in your post. Its up to you if you don't mind, but if you do you might want to edit it.
