....why argue about all the what ifs/buts etc before the decision has been made on Thursday/Friday.
Arguing after the fact is too late. If doubt about entering UK (ok, be pedantic, RUK) competitions can persuade one person to vote NO, my job is done! A yes vote will be, in so many ways, an unmitigated disaster.0 -
Did you just call me Snake...?
Or did Snake write something he then deleted?...
:undecided
Yep, Snake deleted the post to which I replied without quote. Sorry for any confusion!
It was something about there not being a UK anymore.
(There will of course still be a UK or Rest of UK RUK at the very least)0 -

I would agree - for both Scotland, and the remaining UK countries. The companies Scotland is relying on for independent economic success are all talking about re-locating their headquarters to England... don't think the yes voters saw that coming.0 -

I doubt anyone would be so small minded as to base their children's future on whether they can enter a competition or not.0 -

Hmmm, all those mothers who have named their kids things like Beyonce, Rhianna and Shakira probably would base their vote on that.....Submitting your kids to a lifetime of teasing for their name is so much worse than submitting them to an independent Scotland. Even with fried Mars Bars as the national dish.
