One thing I've got to stop doing is gulping air, I really don't know why I do this :huh:0

I've so much spare time now that he's not living here that I'm never out of the place. I work full time but go every evening and most of Saturday morning. I do cardio, weights, HIT, circuits, boot camp, PT group sessions and Body Pump. Sounds a lot but it's just my routine these days. If I can't go in the evening for some reason, I'll make an effort to go early doors before work.
It helps that my husband (usually) comes to the gym with me, and that I've made some gym pals :-) The fit, muscly men don't do much harm, either ;-)
My naturally skinny husband has been amazingly supportive through the whole thing, and I wouldn't have been able to get where I am without that.
I REALLY want to join the gym..i am going to have to find out about prices and opening times. I can definitely do on Mondays and could possibly go on Thursdays. Maybe I could leave the kids at home for an hour and do a Sunday as well...hmmm....0 -

I'm sorry, but WHAT?! Its probably the lack of decent nutrition and high sugar spikes that are causing you to be hungry.0 -
