    Why not to which part?

    Both?

If you're using shop bought or making your own, my advice would be the same. Passata mixed with garlic and fresh basil as a base. Lots of veg, limit the cheese. I use a mozzarella ball, sliced up, and a bit of grated mozzarella to top whatever else I put on, which is usually peppers, onion and sweetcorn. Maybe sundried tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms.

    Yum

Mine would be tuna, red onion, caper sauce (if I could find a bloody recipe *roll eyes* ) and anchovy paste

As for your question, I can't because of my disability and my OH wont as we have literally no bench space to do it on

Warburton square wraps as a pizza base, with passata for the sauce - have any combination of toppings. In the oven at 180C for 10 minutes. We prefer this to normal pizza now.

I want to try that but I can't imagine one wrap to be as filling as a store bought pizza

!!!!!! is bench space? You do it in a bowl, and roll it on your kitchen top (9 inch space). Or spread it out on a baking sheet.

    Excuses, excuses.

Use a shop bought by all means. Better than a Papa John's or Iceland crap. Just be choosy with your toppings. Or don't. It's really up to you whether you lose weight or not.

Bench space = kitchen top, we don't have 9 inches spare

I'm really enjoying making pizza with a tortilla as a base.
The hairy bikers diet book has one for less than 300 calories, they are delicious and if others are eating a shop bought hefty calorie one you don't feel like your missing out.
