Sorry, Tink, but to make up for the photo I can suggest a decent option for a pizza base. Mission Deli do a sort of flatbread called a piadina. These are ideal for pizza bases, as we hate those deep pan things.

    This site the right one?

When did you come into my kitchen!? Don't suppose you saw the tin opener while you were there?

What is a typical days breakfast? You are setting yourself up for a 'bad' day food wise because you are not eating something substantial for breakfast.
That's why you reach for the sugary stuff in the afternoon, because your blood sugar levels are low.

how about having a piece of toast with PB on it instead? At least that's a bit of protein (in the PB) and some carbs. And crucially it'll also be some nutrition for your body.

Breakfast can be anything really, sometimes it's crisps

If we go shopping it's a greggs baguette

It can even be fish and veg

Today it will be tuna with pest on sandwich thins

I don't really like typically breakfast things such a cereal or toasted bread (unless it's a toastie)

    Good grief!:(

Reminds me of when I rang my daughter a year or two back. She said she had had eggs for breakfast, 'Poached, fried or scrambled?' I asked her.

    'No - Cadbury's Crème....'

I could definitely eat that. Unlike many here, I love tuna. I would put some jalapenos in that, and possibly even some cannellini beans.
