Oh jalapeños!
Never had the beans0 -

Things have changed since then, we have two benches one small one and the other a little bigger
On the bigger one we have the tassimo and the instant hot water machine on the smaller we have our George foreman and the steamer
Our microwave had to go on the windowsill0 -
Yesterday although I didn't count I had
Golden wonder prawn cocktail crisps
Three fried eggs, three sandwich thins, lighter than light mayo
A snack from the graze box
Cola ice pop, 2 mini mars ice cream
Home made tuna pasta bake

I can only imagine how frustrating it would feel if one's husband / partner was not with the programme, or actively sabotaging it.Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.0 -

Yeah, I just explained to him I was only allowing myself one none calorie counting day a week
Today for breakfast the tuna pesto on thins were lovely, 112g tin of tuna in brine, three thins and 36g of pesto, just less than 600 calories0 -
I've been told I have to go on a gluten free diet. Totally panicking until I discovered that Jamesons is gluten free! Get in!!!:j
Anyone else gluten free? I'd appreciate some tips.
I'm wheat free; so can eat stuff you can't. Wheat free pasta tastes no different to normal pasta, you can have things like rice and corn. I tend to snack on rice cakes instead of crisps.
Wheat free bread falls apart if not toasted and tastes like cardboard. I tend to have oat bread (which, apparently, you can't have) or rye bread. (I seem to remember you can't have this either)
You do need to be careful with things like processed meats. (sausages, burgers, etc) Your butcher should be able to make you some gluten free sausages if you ask.
You can't have most crisps either. I can't say I really miss them though.
Things like fruit and veg is fine. You can't have certain sauces like tomato ketchup or cheese sauce. You can have apple sauce and mint sauce. Indian cooking sauces and pasta sauces are fine.
Yogurt is fine, as long as it's not the stuff with biscuits and the like in. Same with things like chocolate.
You can't have beer, whiskey or lager. You can have fruit based alcohol, such as cider and wine.
A lot of the things you can't have, you can buy the gluten free version in the supermarket. I never really bothered - there is also a lot I can have.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

What about having Salmon and spinach omelette for brekkie
Stuffed peppers with tuna, jalapeños and sweetcorn for lunch
Steamed trout with broccoli and tomatoes for dinner
Then snack on grapes, melon and carrot sticks? You would get most of your nutrition from that and shouldn't be hungry as it is high in proteinLife is short, smile while you still have teeth0
