Stuffed peppers with tuna, jalapeños and sweetcorn for lunch
Steamed trout with broccoli and tomatoes for dinner
Then snack on grapes, melon and carrot sticks? You would get most of your nutrition from that and shouldn't be hungry as it is high in protein
I can imagine that to be quite low on carbs which isn't what I'm going for
And maybe less than 1200 calories
I like the sound of the salmon and spinach omelette though so thank you0 -

Breakfast
Spinach 36 cals 7g carbs
Salmon 175 cals (I'm guessing here that you buy farmed not wild)
Eggs 184 cals 1.2g carbs
Butter 102 cals
Milk 26 cals 3g carbs (I used 1% fat milk)
Lunch
Pepper 132 cals 8g carbs
Tuna 156 cals, I normally put 118 cals for a 3oz portion but I'm going on the 112g you put a few days back.
Sweetcorn 89 cals 21g carbs
Oil 120 cals
Jalapeno 4 cals 1g carbs
Dinner
Trout 162
Brocolli 56 cals 6g carbs
Tomatoes 52 cals 12g carbs
Snacks
20 grapes 72 cals 36g carbs!
Melon 2 small slices 112 cals 30g carbs
Nectrine 67 cals 16g carbs
2 small carrots as sticks 60 cals 26g carbs
I get that to 1600 without drinks, you are working on a calorie deficit aren't you?
You could add in a match box sized piece of cheese to increase the calcium levels if it is too low cal.
What I'm really getting at is that you like some healthy foods, you just need to give your body more of them. If you do I'm sure your skin will clear up and your weight will come down as a side benefit :TLife is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -
I appreciate the ideas and will add some in
But I would like to eat some of the foods I like IE crisps and choc, I know I need to cut back on them a bit but I'll never completely cut them out0 -
why not ron ?0

just for a week0 -
Life's too short to cut out all the things I like
Been there, done that, it didnt work
How about reducing the frequency you have them. So you could have them twice a week.0 -

That would work
I've decided on one none calorie counting day a week so it will either be a meal out with OH (if we go to the cinema) meal out with family or pizza day (Saturday)0 -
