I don't like nuts or seeds
I am going to have a go at home made pizza (if I can find a good recipe for caper sauce that doesn't involve wine, meat stock or lemon) but I will use a shop bought base
When it comes to I dont like, you might surprise yourself. I could write a list spanning two pages of foods I didnt like a few years ago that I eat now and enjoy. And there are some foods I really dont care for that much but I will have on occasion because they are good for me. I dont like many nuts. I like the nuts that are bad for me, dry roasted peanuts, all the bad stuff. But recently I found almonds with a wasabi and soy sauce flavour and smoked as well and some people might say dont bother eating them but my view is its better for me to eat them with a flavour than stuff myself full of the ones that might be tastier to me but much more fattening. Im not a great fan of seeds either, but you can find some seed mixes that are really nice, food doctor for example. Its a matter of trying until you find whats right for you. Id be very surprised if you didnt like all nuts and all seeds.0 -

I can get away with walnuts, the rest I don't like and they hurt my teeth/jaw

But dare I say it, life is better, much better when every waking thought isnt about food. It is tough, I appreciate that.
I don't really think about food that much, which is why sometimes I don't eat till mid afternoon. Sometimes I will get cravings, usually for meat or chicken. Or when people talk about it!
And if I am really concentrating at work, I can pretty much shut everything out.ENFP - AssertiveOfficially in a clique of idiotsSmoke me a kipper; I'll be back for breakfast0 -

I need to cut the crisps to twice a week, one none calorie counting day a week, veg and/or fruit every daypurpleshoes wrote: »Why not try different varieties of home made pizza, lots of toppings to choose from.
If I'm only having pizza once a week I would prefer one I like (tuna, sweet corn, caper sauce, anchovy paste)0 -
Does the caper sauce on your shop bought pizza have lemon in it? Ive seen a few recipes online for caper sauce that have no meat stock in it or wine, but most of them have citrus in them.0

If you want too loose weight quickly find someone you fancy. lock your self in a room for about abmonth,, shag each other silly and burn off them calories naturally. If yo are a minger eat lot of soup. apparently it fills you up ans staves the hunger.0

No it doesn't have lemon
Caper Sauce contains: Water, Cream (Milk), Sunflower Seed Oil, Dried Whole Milk, Modified Maize Starch, Capers, Salt, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

No lemon as far as I can see and as far as Im concerned stock is just stock, you can substitute meat and veg stock in recipes without there being a massive difference in taste.0
