Distrusting of my scales but the weight seems to be slowly going back down, didn't do Zumba this week cos it was a bank holiday and I'm working when the other sessions are on, but have been doing couch to 5k still. And denim shirts which only just fitted before I started this are now getting loose! My skirt is already falling down so I think I'm getting close to dropping a dress size :p seem to be loosing inches too.

Been really bad with not drinking enough water so my aim this week is to drink more!

Eta: thanks for the explanation on exercise chameleon, it's interesting and not something I'd thought of before

^^^^ That was the title of the thread which you started on 08-04-14.

Almost a month on and do you still feel that you are struggling or are you back with the programme now, Tink2?

Has anything changed for you in this month?
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.

Is a yearly contract cheaper per month?

No, no cheaper if I pay per year.

Its quite expensive I think, but its the closest one to me. I am going to see about some other ones and compare prices I think.

The only thing stopping me having choc for breakfast is it gives me heartburn :rotfl:

Don't worry about it, my breakfast sometime this week will be a three course meal at bella italia :o

Thanks Tink. I am just going to make sure I am more prepared in the future. I ALWAYS know to be prepared, as not having anything ready to eat is one of my main downfalls that leads to making the wrong food choices.

I have tomorrow off work and am going to do all of my prep, meal plans and food shopping then.

I tend to just go with what I fancy rather than plan :o
