Yeah, I'm only going to have one none calorie counting day a week
That is good, yes. Hopefully this will reflect in the scales when you weigh yourself on the next occasion.Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.0 -
So how does that work when picking a restaurant for the weekend?
Personally, I have vowed never to darken the doors of Frankie and Benny's again.
Overpriced carp.
I can't say I was that keen on it either. It just seemed so average to me. Much prefer the local restaurants we have.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

I have never been to a Frankie and Bennys. I will have to google it and see what food they do.
My teen was moaning the other day because we have never tried a Subway before and he felt deprived0 -

Aye, although I'm out with family just before weigh in day :eek:purpleshoes wrote: »Are you going to continue to count calories when you get to your target weight?
Yeah but it will be maintenance calories I will be eatingWantToBeSE wrote: »I have never been to a Frankie and Bennys. I will have to google it and see what food they do.

I like the food in F&Bs
I'm torn between garlic dough balls with Philly cheese dip, margherita pizza, chocolate fudge cake
Or
Tomato and nut pesto garlic pizza bread, salmon fish cakes with chips but Philly dip instead of tartar sauce, chocolate fudge cake
Love subway! Only have it about twice a year0 -

I love a subway, I couldnt care less if its healthy or not (according to online reports the bread isnt, its high in salt). I only eat the veggie ones, but its a now and again treat. Home made efforts just dont taste the same.0 -

Just over a lb on average
First month 6lbs, second 9lbs third almost a lb, month just gone 1.6lb
The last two months I haven't been really counting cals and I've ate a lot (take aways, meals out etc)
You may have averaged 1lb a week overall but almost all the loss was in the first 2 months. Your weight loss has definitely plateaued. You've 'only' lost 2.6kg in the last 2 months. A lot of women's weight fluctuate this much in a month anyway so it could be argued it's not really weightloss.
So the amount you've eaten in the last 2 months is the amount you need to maintain your current weight. Ie you are eating pretty much your maintenance calories to stay at your current weight NOW.
If you are serious about loosing more weight, I'd serious think about your sleeping habits. Google 'weight gain & night shift studies' and read up on the research that has been done. Working night shifts plays havoc with your metabolism.
Unless you HAVE to work nightshifts, why make it harder for yourself to loose weight?0 -
