But you've been up since at least 3pm. It's so important to eat when you get up. It kick starts your metabolism.

    That's a myth apparently

I can't eat straight out of bed

So how does that work when picking a restaurant for the weekend?

Personally, I have vowed never to darken the doors of Frankie and Benny's again.

    I cant either.

How are you going to manage your calorie deficit when you need to lose more weight to get to target. Your calories are already pretty low.

I dont think Ive ever eaten there. I prefer a decent pub meal if you can find one or somewhere local that does a cheap lunch or pre theatre, not really one for eating in big chains, never have been.

What I mean is, as you lose weight, your body needs less calories to maintain your weight so you are going to have to keep cutting them to lose. If you have another 35 pounds to go you might end up eating very little to get to target.

I'm not willing to go less than 1200 anything less than that for more than a day or two is too little

I may well go back on the 5:2 when that time comes

How much are you losing every week on average just now?

Just over a lb on average

First month 6lbs, second 9lbs third almost a lb, month just gone 1.6lb

The last two months I haven't been really counting cals and I've ate a lot (take aways, meals out etc)

Are you going to become more rigid with your calorie counting, Tink2? It would be a shame if your successes of the first couple of months went by the wayside.
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.
