Some of the graze boxes are just a sugar hit, I used to subscribe to graze and then stopped when I had a look at the contents.0 -

I would rather make sure I was full
You might be full with one or two wraps and if you made them wholemeal it would be much healthier than a shop bought pizza. There is nothing wrong with having the odd treat, but you can do a lot with home made pizza, even if the home made pizza isnt from scratch but on a wholemeal wrap base.
Its not just about the calories, it has to be about the quality of the food you are eating as well.0 -
I'll be honest, most of the time I do not know if I am hungry or just want to eat. I don't know how to tell the difference. I can not eat anything until 2/3 pm at which point I'm practically shaking and passing out. I go from ok to this almost instantly.
Sometimes I don't recognise when I'm full and carry on until suddenly I feel sick.
Years of irregular eating habits and eating the wrong foods have messed up any sense of hunger and fullness. It's a difficult cycle to get out of.ENFP - AssertiveOfficially in a clique of idiotsSmoke me a kipper; I'll be back for breakfast0 -

I bet. When you are constantly feeding yourself on a drip drip drip basis and feel hunger you think, hang on, this is a bit odd. Ive been there.
But dare I say it, life is better, much better when every waking thought isnt about food. It is tough, I appreciate that.0 -

I am going to have a go at home made pizza (if I can find a good recipe for caper sauce that doesn't involve wine, meat stock or lemon) but I will use a shop bought base0 -
