How can you not have 9 inches of worktop in your kitchen? How do you (or your partner ) manage to cook anything if you don't have that small amount of space?

Perhaps they haven't done any washing up since Christmas....:D

thanks :) My job is quite physical, but not enough for my liking.
I already go on walks, but not often enough because my teen finds it incredibly boring :D

If you can't commit to regular gym sessions how about looking for community classes in your area? Something like Jazzercise, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Boxercise, Bootcamp etc are all popular community classes plus various takes on those that instructors will adapt as their own speciality. There's probably a bootcamp on your local recreation ground. They're everywhere these days :D

    Yesterday although I didn't count I had

    Golden wonder prawn cocktail crisps

Three fried eggs, three sandwich thins, lighter than light mayo

A snack from the graze box

Cola ice pop, 2 mini mars ice cream

    Home made tuna pasta bake

Where's anything healthy in all that? Sorry, but you're a lost cause!

Actually the graze box is healthy

And the fried eggs were done on one cal oil, it's not like they were dripping in oil!

That all depends upon the contents of the Graze box. Not everything they put them is healthy!

What was the calorie count for that day?

Where is the breaskfast and lunch (was lunch the 3 fried egg on thins?)or the fruits and veg?

Seriously, I am trying so hard to not be harsh but you make it so difficult!

Sorry, Tink, but to make up for the photo I can suggest a decent option for a pizza base. Mission Deli do a sort of flatbread called a piadina. These are ideal for pizza bases, as we hate those deep pan things.
