Well I know it will work so lets just leave it there as we are going round in circles

I've changed a lot and I'm proud of that

I've lost weight and I'm proud of that too

I know cutting everything out doesnt work for me so why would I do that

Happy to leave you there. Keep it up, good luck. My battle is keeping it off now.

Be honest with yourself, though. Go and look at your posts from a year ago, 2 years ago. You were eating the same as you are now, making the same excuses as you are now, saying it is working the same as you are now, and very likely the same weight as you are now. Is it really working? I KNOW I speak as someone who's managed to lose their weight, so am not in the same position as you, but am I not someone who you should be listening to? Or at least not just dismissing out of hand?

I'll need more than luck. It's hard work and willpower, and knowledge about what works and what doesn't, which I've gained through personal experience, and listening to and reading about other people who have succeeded. They are the experts, after all, and the ones we need to take notice of, rather than making stuff up that's convenient for us.

Let's come back in 6 and 12 months and see how we've got on.

You shouldn't need to cut anything out. Just eat it in moderation - ie, you don't need to eat 3-4 packets of crisps a day. I don't even eat that many packets in a month.
