It will work, it is working, I have not done it before, I've always gone down the cut it all our route in the past, that is what hasn't worked

Being a born-again-skinny, I genuinely wish you all the luck in the world, because I know how AWFUL it is to be fat, and how WONDERFUL it feels to be a healthy weight - I honestly hope you get to feel that.

Having said that, I have also been everywhere you have been, many times, and I know from bitter, bitter experience that what you are doing will not work long term and that you will not listen to advice.

Seriously, good luck. I honestly think you are around 2 years from making real inroads into your diet issues, though. I speak from experience, nothing more.

Which means I will have to not cut everything out but introduce healthier things, which I have done

I'm with Nicki, the combination of fat, carbs and sugar that you are eating will not aid weight loss. It's not a combination that will help you lose weight.

The only way you, or anyone, is going to achieve losing 52lb in one year (which, in all honestly, is EASY, given your starting point), is for you to listen to people who have been there and done it, to take in their experiences and to take on their advice.

I honestly wish you all the best (as I said, there is nothing better than feeling fit and healthy), but seriously doubt very much that you'll be successful, given that you resolutely refuse to take on advice, and consistently continue to eat crap, despite purporting to know that it's the worst thing to be eating whilst trying to lose weight.

As I said, really good luck, but you wont get there eating this ^^^^^

I KNOW I'm a born-again-skinny, but that makes me some sort of expert, surely? You WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT LONG TERM by eating like that.

Just eating like that a few days here and there will have a huge impact on your losing weight or otherwise.

The fact that you can eat like that or even want to eat like that shows you're not changing your habits, which means you wont ultimately lose weight long term.

I've changed a lot and I'm proud of that

I've lost weight and I'm proud of that too

I know cutting everything out doesnt work for me so why would I do that
