I'm not either Tink, but I cant eat chocolate in the quantity that I want to, and lose weight. So I am having to restrict the amount.

I think its just a habit that needs to be broken.

Yeah I get what you mean, I did struggle with that at the start but then I thought I have a few choices, I coukd stay fat, lose weight by cutting everything I like out or eat what I want but be sensible

Then I thought right, staying fat is not an option, I hate my belly and I'm getting pains in my throat when I'm walking around so I need to lose weight

The second option wouldn't work, I've tried and failed many times to cut everything out, it simply doesn't work for me

So that leaves me with option three

Take today, I've had 6 squares of dairy milk caramel, I wanted the whole bar but then I thought no I won't eat the whole lot because once it's gone it's gone, at least I have some left to look forward to another day

Well, I may only have lost 1lb, but my stomach is quite a lot less bloated. Actually, since changing over to wholegrain carbs (pasta, bread, rice mainly), I have seen a significant (to me, not anyone else) reduction in bloating.

Tink- Don't you feel sick eating that amount of chocolate and crisps? What you ate yesterday would leave me starving hungry for a good sized meal too. I am crap at dieting, I like to feel satisfied and not hungry.

I know you're within your calorie allowance but you didn't eat any fruit or veg all day. All the sugar & fat might be what's effecting your skin.

    I had a nectarine :o

I've started using the simple spotless skin range and I already see an improvement in the spots, blackheads and greasiness

Oh COME ON!! You KNOW that isn't healthy, and you KNOW that isn't going to help you lose weight. Seriously? A day or two ago you were papping on about giving up crisps and energy drinks, and here you are eating them again.
