i dont think the fact you have eaten 1900 calories will aid the loosing weight process - your intake on that day was nothing but fat and sugar. Your body will have a hard time burning that off.

Calories in V calories out, it's ok to have a couple of higher days, I've been doing that since I started

I know that everyday isn't perfect, I have had 2 slices of pizza, 3 glasses of wine and a packet of choc raisins this evening. Back on the wagon tomorrow though0 -

I know you've changed your diet & eating better but your body needs a balanced diet to keep healthy or you will feel tired especially after the sugar rushes.
I don't think anyone is having a go just making suggestions.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

It will work, it is working, I have not done it before, I've always gone down the cut it all our route in the past, that is what hasn't worked0
