I thought you'd given up the energy drinks? I can't say I've ever been a fan of them. They're too sweet. If I go out on a run and need something more than water, I just use energy tabs. They don't contain sugar and all the crap that red bull contains.

I had as I thought they were the reason I wasn't sleeping but they weren't, at least now I'm not tired during the day

I like them and missed the fizziness

What about the crisps, Tink2? I thought you were going to give those up as well, or am I mistaken?
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.

Hi everyone, another pound lost this week. I am finally in the 10's (stones, not dress size, LOL!). 10st 13lbs! Woo-Hoo!

tinks, why do you eat so much fish? I hope you don't mind me asking? Do you just love fish, or are you trying to eat a lot of protein?

    not technically on a diet
but since i came back from holiday 6 weeks ago(saw myself on video, just out of shot, walking to the pool and my gut entered the video before i did)
i have been trying to lose weight, or at least not put more on.
i have started eating fruit(something i used to have at most maybe 1 apple over two years) nearly every single day at work, just to stop pigging out on stuff from the bakers. also saving money.
but the last few days it seems like i have chip shop constipation(i can't pass a chip shop). i will start again with the fruit next week, have to, only 7 weeks till my next holiday:)
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

Well, yes, that does make sense as you should not start feeling deprived and then craving something. Maybe one packet would have been better but you are keeping in your calorie limit. It is not so good on health to eat lots of that type of food but your diet has now changed to a better one.

I am willing that you succeed in this, Tink2.

Exercise lapsed a bit recently :I just been too knackered with work

But still trying to eat healthy and drink lots of water

Given up on my scales as I don't think they are accurate so now going by inches lost and a monthly weigh in on scales at the chemist

Seem to be losing inches and have noticed clothes are getting looser (my favourite denim skirt now falls down without a belt! :j )

Does anyone else find weekends really difficult? All I am craving is chocolate and wine.

I have had 1 glass of wine and 4 squares of white chocolate and wont be having any more than that. The cravings can get really intense sometimes though.
