    Me too, I cut the top off then eat the insides with a teaspoon like a boiled egg. :D

    which is what I do.

    I thought you'd given up the energy drinks? I can't say I've ever been a fan of them. They're too sweet. If I go out on a run and need something more than water, I just use energy tabs. They don't contain sugar and all the crap that red bull contains.
