The stuff with food and texture is familiar. I have the same issues. Along with eating the same foods over and over again for months.
My mum reckons it all in my head :I but I've always felt more sensitive to taste/texture more than my other family members (plus anyone who says vodka has no taste is crazy cos I can sure as hell taste it! :p)

I can also eat the same thing a lot

I am the same. I find something I like, and eat it everyday. My most recent 'phase' is falafel and rocket in a wholemeal pitta bread, with a squeeze of mayo and sweet chilli sauce. I have been going through a phase that means I have eaten it almost everyday for lunch for about 5 months. It's not as bad now, but its still the only thing I want to eat at lunchtime.

We're having a take-out curry tomorrow (first time in months) and I'm so excited that I've been droolong over the menu for 2 days (sad). To make up for it in advance I'll be extra, extra well-behaved today, and will burn off 300 calories in the gym in the morning (slight exaggeration).

Hey Tink, do you have a diet support thread, or is this it?

When did you last weigh in, Tink2? Are you doing a monthly step on the scales?

    Well done on your weight-loss.
Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.

    That's brilliant Tink! Go you!

Your thread has inspired me. I spent last week mostly eating my homemade soup and protein shakes. I dis have a few treats at the weekend (Anthon Berg chocolate liquers!) but I lost 4lbs last week.

    Thanks for the inspiration. :D
