EVERYTHING used to give me heartburn, to the point where I seriously thought I was having proper chest pains/heart attacks.

When I started to eat less and choose more sensible options, and lose weight, it disappeared. It was down to eating too much crap.

    Hopefully that will happen

    Two.

I think at first glance, you arent eating enough good fats and your cals are hovering on the low side.

Also re the diet pepsi. If you can cut those to a couple of times a week that would be better. Caffeine drinks wont quench your thirst, they'll make you pee, they are a diuretic. They also might be helping any sugar cravings but as I said before they can also lead to people wanting more sugar.

There are better and more natural ways to get a sugar taste into your diet.

    Thanks

I kept my calories low because I'm going out for a meal this week and I know I can relax

I don't have much in the way of fizzy pop and tbh the fizziness does quench my thirst

Well done Tink, it's nice when you can buy smaller sizes. Hope that helps you stay motivated.
I just tried something new (to me) for my lunch/dinner. I made pea, mint and yoghurt fritatta with steamed broccoli on the side. It was quite nice, will probably make it once a week as my 'egg meal'.It was nice to know that everything on my plate was 'real' food, it makes it feel more satisfying to me.
To everyone on this thread that is in the process of losing weight and improving their health, keep it up. It will pay off :T

I was very bad over the begining of the week as had family visiting. Yesterday I tried extra hard to not eat crap. Today I've had a fry up but actually everything was grilled where possible. Tea will be quiche and salad. Will allow myself a takeaway at weekend and some chocolate but otherwise being careful.
Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T

Well I've gained a pound, the only thing I've done different this week was making sure I ate proper meals, back to being stricter with what I eat.

Glad your weight loss is going well Tink

I think I may have found the trigger for not counting calories

Feeling ill, I don't mean with cold or flu

I mean the day after I've been out and I'm exhausted and feeling poorly
