    Yay well done you :j
I remember when I bought the first pair of 18's I didn't have to cram myself into- and then the feeling when a pair of size 16's were comfortable :)
I haven't done any exercise this week as I've been laid up with my back :( but OH and me are going for a walk today so hopefully that will help.
Keep up the good work Tink :)

I've decided not to count over the Easter, just enjoy myself, back to it on Tuesday

And no that doesn't mean stuffing myself with take aways, home made tuna pasta bake tonight, we do have a chocolate fudge cake in the freezer too

I've been Money Tipped! Debt-free and Proud!
So, today I haven't done too badly. The only negative was half a pasty. But I was so full that I couldn't eat the rest.
We were at the beach, and I haven't had a pasty in about 8 years, so couldn't resist.
The kids had ice cream and I had a calypso (79 cals) so that was a good decision.

Walked about 3 miles along the beaches too, so a good exercise day. Plenty of Vitamin soaked up too :)

However, evenings are my worst time. Chocolate and wine in front of the TV are my downfall, so we'll see how it goes this evening.

I was a touch "delicate" yesterday morning so couldn't make it to my usual gym class and session. I felt terribly guilty so we had a long tramp up and over the moors in boggy grass. It felt like a proper workout.

3 classes this morning, and a chicken and mega-salad tonight. And some wine. Lots of it. If I remember to drink a pint of water at bedtime, I'll be fine to get to the gym in the morning, so it's all good.

Seeing as I'm really not keen on most fruits in their raw form I've bought a blender/smoothie maker :o a lot of my issues with fruit come down to textures and stuff (I'm weird I know) so I figure if I blend it that won't be an issue. I know it's not as good for you as eating them whole but I'm trying to find a compromise! I had some Manderines in orange jelly the other week and felt a weird sense of d!jà vu when eating them, spoke to my mum the other day and she told me my nan used to set fruit in jelly when I was little so that's why it felt familiar! Weird how I'd forgotten that :o lol almost felt like a sign from my nan that I need to eat more fruit :rotfl:

Bf is coming down tomorrow, we're going to attempt making chicken curry from scratch

The stuff with food and texture is familiar. I have the same issues. Along with eating the same foods over and over again for months.

My mum reckons it all in my head :I but I've always felt more sensitive to taste/texture more than my other family members (plus anyone who says vodka has no taste is crazy cos I can sure as hell taste it! :p)

I can also eat the same thing a lot
